"What's wrong?" asked the brown-handed man.

The Gray Hand said, "Since you think I'm still stuck in this pit, I'll tell you why."

"Is that the reason you just mentioned?" asked the brown-handed man.

"Yeah, I can't come out because I don't want to come out." said the man with gray hands.

The brown-handed man asked, "If you want to come out, can you come out at any time?"

“I don’t know about other traps, but this one you think I’m trapped in, I can get out of it anytime if I want to.” The man with gray hands laughed.

"Then perform a 'come out'." said the brown-handed man.

The Gray Hand Man asked, "How do you perform this?"

"You can come out anytime, right?" the brown-handed man said. "Why can't I let you perform?"

The Gray Hand Man laughed and said, "Because you think I'm stuck in a trap."

"What does it matter?" asked the Brown Hand Man. "Just because you think so..." said the Gray Hand Man.

"So you can't perform?" asked the Brown Hand.

"Yes," said the Gray Hand Man.

"Why do I think that since you are stuck in a pit and can't get out, you can't perform 'coming out'?" the Brown-Handed Man asked with a smile.

"It's because I don't want to come out." The Gray Hand Man said, "Even if I have to perform, I still have to come out, right?"

The Brown Hand said, "How much does it matter if I think so or not?"

"It may not be possible to change, but it does not mean it cannot be changed." The Gray Hand said, "I will not do such unpredictable things."

The brown-handed man said, "Are you worried that if you perform, I will stop believing that?"

The Gray Hand Man smiled and said, "It's a possibility anyway, isn't it?"
