Cross- Roads:- What to choose love or friendship

Hayley always afraid of trying new things in her life. She always wanted to stay in her comfort zone, but time and again incidents occur in her life which shook her comfort zone one way or another. Right now she was boarding a plane to go to a different city among new people leaving behind all her past memories and her home town and her mother, whom she was going to miss terribly but she had to let go so that she could start a fresh, away from those painful memories of her first love and relationship that ended up pretty badly. There was betrayal and disappointment in her past and she wants to forget it. That is why she chooses to move to city D the first chance she got.

She took her window seat on the aircraft. She especially asked for the window seat while doing her bookings, she loved to watch outside the window when plane started to run on the runway to take off and then ascends towards the endless sky. She looked out of the window and her minds started to going back to the events which took place exactly two weeks back. She and her mother lived a very simple life after her father's death when Hayley was quite young her mother took it on herself to give Hayley the best future and Hayley tried her best to fulfill all her mother's dream. She studied harder to get admission into one of the best colleges in the country after she graduated with her arts degree she wanted to pursue public relations and she took her first internship under a well known company through campus placement and that is where she first met him Jarred he was also an intern like her. He was tall, dark and handsome just like a prince out of fairy tale books and he was quite good with his words too. All the girls in the office was hovering like bees around him and it was quite a shock for Hayley that when jarred told her he like her. She of course like him but she never thought that he would like someone simple like her. Hayley know about herself, she was not a beauty. She was a simple girl with average looks and she was into fashion but doesn't have the patience to dress- up, so her wardrobe is something that should not be said fashion updated. So that was why when Jarred told her that he liked her it came as a shock to her and when he said it again and confirmed that he indeed like her she was feeling like she could fly. Then and there she decided that she hold on to that happiness forever but alas destiny had other plans for her and just after two months of their relationship she discovered an ugly truth she didn't want to remember what she saw that day when she was hanging out with Jarred in his apartment and then she took her leave and after five minutes of walking that she felt like she was missing something on her and then she realized that it was her house keys that she forgot at Jarred's place. She hurriedly turned around and ran towards Jarred apartment the moment she got out from elevator she walked towards his door but what came next in her vision she had never imagined it she would something like that in his wildest dreams. Jarred was kissing someone right there at his doorstep. Hayley mind went blank.
