Cross- Roads:- What to choose love or friendship

Who did not want to work with a higher firm and want to progress in life but hayley felt little conscious because she wanted to got work because of her capabilities not because of somebody's recommendation. So she stalled doing that for a quite a long time. But then her mom started to nag her to send her resume to her best friend son's company. At last she gave in mailed her resume but she didn't know that this was going to be one of the best decision of her life.

Two days later, she got an email stating that she had to came to city D for an interview with Scott Empire. She got shortlisted for the job, that came as a surprise to her but then she realize that no son can go against their mother. Hayley wants to reject it but her mother wants her to go . That night her mother was talking to Sarah and Hayley was sitting beside her. Even after Hayley's warning her mother not to tell anything to Aunt Sarah about her disinterest in joining the Scott Empire, Katherine didn't heed her warning and told her best friend about it. At that moment Hayley felt so embarrassed that she wants to dig a hole and hide in it for the rest of her life. At that moment one thing that Hayley didn't expect that the Keith Scott going to take the phone from his mother and talk to her for the first time. While they were talking, they instantly felt a connection with each other. It was like they were lost siblings who met after years. He also told her that she did not have to worry about anything as she got this opportunity on her own merits not because of his mother recommendation. After hearing this Hayley's heart is somehow at ease this guy knows what bothering her without her mentioning it. This was something she ever wanted an elder brother who could know her heart and maybe she finally found that but she didn't want to have her hopes high because she doesn't want to get hurt.

One day later she was in flight to go to city D, city of dreams. She got out from the airport and this instant her phone rang she looked at the caller id and it was Keith calling. Hayley picked up the call and Keith told her to come around the corner this got her confused but she walked around the corner anyway. She saw a black car parked in a secluded corner of the road and a man wearing white dress shirt and black pants leaning against it and waving at her. It was the first time she looked at Keith Scott up so close, she got mesmerized for a second. Well no matter what kind of feeling you got from a person either you see that person as your brother or as love interest, if a man is handsome you got to appreciate the beauty right. Hayley extended her hand towards him for a handshake and he took it. Although no matter how much they talked on the phone the other day they were practically strangers and he didn't want to feel his newly acquired sister to feel odd around him, so Keith also settled for the handshake.

Keith took her to the company for the interview and told her to be confident and give her best. He was behaving like any elder brother would have behaved while sending off his little sister. That touched Hayley's heart , but still she was cautious to feel anything. She asked him wasn't he coming and he said he was here to just send her off and he wasn't coming in but he will pick her up once the interview was over. Interview went on smoothly, the question which were asked in interview was neither easy and nor too much difficult. After this interview result will be out in two days and the select participant going to get their appointment letter via mail and they going to have a week to join their post. After her interview got over she called Keith and within five minutes he was there to pick her up, but this time he was not alone he brought a beautiful lady with him.Then he introduced them, " Hayley this Ginny, my fiancée." He said it while putting a hand around Ginny's shoulder and then he pointed towards Hayley and looked to Ginny and said " she is Hayley, aunt katherine's daughter."
