Legend of the Chicken Hero

After a while, Jay and Fang reached Giron's Tent. "Okay kid, go ahead and enter. Master wants to talk with you alone." Fang then left and went somewhere else. "Oh dear, this camp is quite huge. I guess there are around 100 people here. I really hope this Giron is not a slave trader." Jay then went inside the tent.

Giron's Tent

Giron: "Oh kid, you're here. Take a seat, I want to talk to you." Giron said as he observed if anything changed with Jay.

Jay: "Sir.. (Oops, I think I should address him as master) Master Giron, please help me."

"Help you with what perhaps?", Jay then started to invent a backstory about him since he really has no clue on how or in what way did his character relate to Giron or his party. "Master, each and every day I wake up, I feel my memories are fading slowly. I am even starting to forget memories of my parents or my village. Please help me master" Jay started with the fake tears as he looked at Giron.

Giron: "Oh... (That explains why he wanted to leave. He probably forgot how we saved him.) I'm sorry kid but I cannot do anything about that unless you want me to replace your memory with illusions"

Jay: "So he is an illusion mage. Interesting. Maybe I can use him to clear my current quest" Jay thought to himself and said to Giron "Master, please do anything you can as long as my remaining memories won't fade away"

The Encampment

"Hmph. I wonder what master Giron is doing with the kid. It's been an hour already." Fang thought to himself as he ate a piece of bread. As he was enjoying his piece of bread, a Ranger ran towards him.

Ranger: "Fang! Where's Master Giron? We're in big trouble, my scouts saw a massive group of Gray Wolves heading over the direction of our camp"

Fang: "Damn, no wonder why Master was asking as to break camp early. You, go and tell everyone that if they do not pack up within 2 minutes they can become food for the wolves. I'm gonna go and tell master"

Ranger: "Got it." Just as Fang and the Ranger was talking, "Aaaaaahhhh!!! Help Me!" shouts for help around the camp started.

Fang: "Damn it. Ranger, go and flee with everyone who can manage, I'll get Master." , "Fang, one of those shouts came from the master's tent. You better hurry."
