After the chaotic event, everything went back to normal...

"Old hag, move out of the way!"

"W-Wha? You're seeking death, you brat!"

I stand corrected. After everything happened, Hanako became a little (?) more aggressive and Mio bore more enmity towards her, but she no longer vents them out, instead, she just tends to get into more 'conflicts' than usual.

"Oi, Yuuji! What's with the dejected face?"

"Ah... nothing. I just lacked sleep."

Last night, even though I managed to bring Mio home, I got lectured by her about how to be a responsible brother who respects the wish of his little sister until dawn. Just let me sleep!!!

As we walked to the school in silence (Haruto and I intentionally ignored the two girls bickering behind us), I was suddenly reminded of a certain fact.

"Yuuji~~~", Hanako called me out of nowhere.

Meanwhile, in the corners of my eyes, I saw Haruto, Mio, and Erika, who had not uttered a word since she walked, gathered as a small group away from the two of us.

"Eh, did something change between the relationship of Yuuji and Hanako?", Erika asked Mio in curiosity.

"Erika...", Mio said her friend's name in a deep tone of voice.

"If you want to maintain our friendship, DON'T ever ask that question, okay?"

"Okay?", Mio pressured her.

"F-Fine."

However, that did not stop Haruto from asking,

"So... You two are a couple now?", he asked bluntly.

"What do you think?", Hanako replied while sticking her tongue out mischievously.

In the end, Haruto never got to know the answer, due to the fact that Mio punched him unconscious first...

As the classes started, the class rep. announced to us that the school culture festival will be coming in 7 days. After that, it's the useless information about hygiene and stuff, which I paid absolutely no attention to.

"Yuuji Onii-chan!"

"What is it, Charlotte?"

"I heard that you and Hanako Onee-sama became a couple, yes?", Charlotte asked me with a scary smile.

"Y-Yes."

"When we get home, we need to have a long~~~ discussion, okay?"

"...", I averted her eyes.

"I'll be waiting, Yuuji Onii-chan~", she said that as she faced back to the whiteboard once more.

After dealing with Mio, I have to deal with Charlotte now?!?! Why do I have to face this fate?!?!

Why is having a girlfriend so hard for me... *Sob* *Sob*

To escape from reality, I decided to fall asleep.

Soon after I closed my eyes, images started forming in my mind.

What I dreamt about, was what happened to me five years ago.

It was part of a memory that I've forgotten but had always remained in Hanako's heart.

It was a painful memory, but the events after that allowed me to meet new people as well.

As my consciousness started to fade, the memories I've forgotten up until now resurfaced once more...
