“Y-you’re getting carried away…”
“Ah? Weren’t you guys the ones who have been getting carried away until now? In fact, you should’ve thanked me for not getting carried away either. Well then, it’s time for you to die.”
I’ve gone to the trouble of leaving a path for him to survive through my kindness, but this younger brother of mine seemingly wants to die so badly.
What a disappointment.
“Ha, wait. You must be bluffing! There’s no way you could have survived Father’s [Fireball] in the first place! There must be some trick up your sleeve! Marie, wake up! He must be using fear to dull our thinking and make us fall into slavery! He’s already out of tricks, so he’s rushing to enslave us before we realize it!”
“That should be! Brother Gwen is right! Now that I think about it, it’s odd that he can use magic! That was a good bluff, but he was a little too hasty, so it should be falling into pieces. I knew he was just a trashy worm to depend on such trickery!”
Just as I was thinking about how I would punish my cute little brother, Gwen, perhaps realizing something, looked down at me condescendingly and began to blabber on about some wild theories that I didn’t understand.
When Marie, my younger sister, heard Gwen’s theory, she thought it was correct, and her expression, which had been despairing until a moment ago, brightened up at once. She also began to look at me as if I were an idiot, just like her brother and started babbling on and on about things she didn’t understand.
They appear to be trying to say that ‘there is no way I can use magic or even one that can overwhelm Father in the first place. I must be bluffing, and my aim is to trick them into becoming my slaves. However, my tricks are long gone, so I wanted to enslave them before they discovered it, and it is why I was aggressively threatening them to become my slaves.’
It is indeed a self-serving delusion typical of these siblings.
If my brother’s and sister’s delusions were true, what about my slaves surrounding us?
Just look at what Sarah and others are doing, and they should be easily able to understand that they have not solved anything yet.
Anyway, what’s wrong with the thought process of these people?
Do they just erase people out of their sight just for convenience?
