Chapter 69 Playing with Fire

Huang Dongheng put down the phone and looked at Bai Mengyao sitting on the sofa.

Today she wore a light blue business suit, paired with white rhinestone high heels, and a Swarovski necklace given to her by Huang Dongheng.

The pendant features an overlapping swan design, with a row of sparkling diamonds set into the swans' wings.

Huang Dongheng bought it on a whim after going to another city to fight a lawsuit.

Bai Mengyao seemed to like it quite a bit, as she was always seen wearing it. Huang Dongheng's gaze shifted downwards and he noticed the white undershirt beneath Bai Mengyao's light blue one-button suit.

He had seen that dress before. Huang Dongheng remembered seeing that white camisole hanging on a hanger at Bai Mengyao's house, swaying in the wind.

In the sunlight, the camisole was somewhat transparent.

When Huang Dongheng glanced at it, he thought to himself, "If I were wearing these clothes, wouldn't it be obvious what I was wearing underneath?"

Not hearing Huang Dongheng on the phone anymore, Bai Mengyao lifted her eyelids and saw Huang Dongheng looking her up and down.
