Otome's Law of Ascension

Chapter 179. The Death of the Lord of Medes

Chapter 179. The Death of the Lord of Medes

Medis City is the most prosperous commercial city between Wood Heights and Lantcos City.

Here you can buy everything you want.

Licia held the portable circle of light with mixed feelings in her heart.

She hasn't been back for several months, and the Campbell family's family business doesn't know whether Anna is still in charge of it.

Or it has been annexed by other families long ago.

Posett approached her calmly, and then slowly stretched out his rough index finger.

Licia followed the direction of his finger and saw a man wearing a leather vest and brown boots with his hands behind his back next to a stall selling dried flowers less than 200 meters away from them.

He was holding a pistol in his hand!
Lycia looked around sharply and saw that it was not the only one.

A man squatting in a corner with an inappropriate high hat on his head, two drinking men who seemed to be chatting at the entrance of the tavern, and a small vendor.

A bell rang.

"Lord City Lord!"

Licia immediately understood what the people on the other side with guns wanted to do.

"What day is today."

"The birthday of the goddess."

All the city lords walked out of the city lord's mansion with newly engraved slabs of the goddess' circle on their birthdays and headed for the goddess' circle.

Licia glanced at Percetti, who immediately understood.

The two rushed to the side one by one.

Within the time from loading the bullet to sending it out, all the people on the other side were quickly eliminated.

The physical strength of the people on the other side is generally not very good, and it doesn't take much effort to deal with these people.

Posetti dragged a few thick hemp ropes from nowhere, and tied a total of six people together neatly.

The citizens who experienced the chaos for a while forgot to disperse to both sides.

The city lord's carriage has slowly come over.

Soldiers lined up held spears in their hands, facing the panicked civilians.

Holding the end of the thick hemp rope in one hand and the Doba shield in the other, Posett dragged the frustrated people on the other side to the front of the city lord's carriage.

"Duoba family, Posetti." He pushed aside those spearheads with the Doba shield.

"City Master of Medis City, I'll help you catch a few people from the other side."

Licia took a few steps back, until she reached the shop next to the wall.

Keith held the brass plate and stared at her eyes wide, pursed her mouth, and watched the pointer point to gray again.

"Sudden event, good or bad is not known."

Lycia watched a pale, thin hand protruding from the curtain of the carriage.

Then a face emerged, with little hair on top of his head, short eyebrows raised high up, black eyes with many whites and small eyes, and a goatee.

It looked frightened and cunning.

"Oh! Look! Look! Toba family! Toba warriors!" But still only his face and hands were showing.

"Oh! People from the other side! There are people from the other side in my city."

Posetti coughed twice: "I suggest."

His voice has not yet fallen.

Suddenly, the expression on the face of the city lord who didn't know the name suddenly froze.

Then he fell stiffly from the carriage and fell to the ground.

Face down, with a short blade stuck in its back.

A curly-haired woman wrapped in pink satin lifted the curtain with her bare feet.

A rotten smell wafted from the carriage.

Posetti couldn't help but glanced in Licia's direction.

Soldiers surrounded the woman.

No one cares about the city lord at all, except for the civilians who keep screaming.

"Oh. How brave, you, ants." The woman pushed back the blonde hair on her forehead.

"But what's the use of this. The alien beast is already hungry. Our army has landed, and you don't have to wait until the spaceship arrives, and you will be in chaos."
