Jianglong Arhat still has a say in whether a dragon can be called a dragon?

After all, is he an arhat descending the dragon? Dealing with dragons is instinctive, but the dragons in this world can't arouse his interest. In his previous world, this kind of dragon was the source of supply of dragon liver and phoenix marrow, and it was completely the food. That's all!

"The Queen Mother of Yaochi, have you never seen it? It should be in this world!"

Zhuo Qun remembered that the Queen Mother of Yaochi was in this world because Bai Su went to Yaochi to steal the elixir.

"Yaochi? That's impossible. You need to know that if you want to go to Tiangong, you need a special passage. Most people can't go up. In Buddhism, only Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva can go casually.

And the Tathagata, in fact, is only one of the separatist forces under the Heavenly Court, the Western Buddhists and elders, and if they want to go to the Heavenly Court, they must be ordered!
Just like when Monkey King was making trouble in the Heavenly Palace, Tathagata was summoned by the Jade Emperor and his identity was the Buddha of the Western Heaven. His dojo, Lingshan, was only on the ground, not in the sky.

It can be seen from these that the Tathagata in Journey to the West is actually not strong, and is only one of the five elders.

And now the Dragon Subduing Arhat has directly said that even if the Tathagata wants to go to the Heavenly Court, he must go by order.

This point illustrates a very important question, that is, why Bai Suzhen can go to the heavens at will, and why can Bai Suzhen go to places where Tathagata can't go at will?
