Regardless of the caliber, angle, narrator or vision, from a series of stargate-chained satellite cities around the central city to the primitive ancient York civilization that stubbornly lives in the area contaminated by weapons of mass destruction on the former galactic front and refuses to leave, there is only one thing that must be acknowledged: the alliance after the First Distinction War is as bright as the rising sun, emerging out of nowhere, bringing glory and order to all the areas and civilizations it touches, and carrying the unprecedented hope for the future of life and wisdom for a long period of time.

The real split had not yet occurred, and the hot war conflicts were limited to a small area. Core Seventeen Star Layers: refers to the 17 star layers that were considered to be the core control areas of the Alliance at that time. These star layers were considered peaceful and prosperous, and were enriched with the elite research and development facilities and personnel of the October regimes. In order to ensure accurate research and development, they would not be affected by the wishing machine. Although the spokesperson of the Summit Conference denied this explanation that was more like a legend shortly after the publication of this book: the October spokesperson at that time provided a real-life record of a researcher's fight, showing how a carbon-based non-fixed configuration software researcher destroyed 23 nearby buildings during a weapons test.

However, such claims are often regarded as a show of force.
