Then, a transition occurs, the camera pulls back, and you can see a young Yuri from Girls' Generation and Goldfish from Blackpink walking side by side.

Yuri was dressed in comfortable casual clothes, wearing a sun hat, and had a happy smile on her face that she was trying not to suppress. Goldfish, on the other hand, looked like a lively little rabbit, with her hair in a cute bun, her bright eyes looking around curiously at everything.

This variety show has already filmed its third episode. The last episode was filmed in China, on the beach where Wang Taika and Chunka Jiongjing went on vacation together.

However, Wang Taika left midway through the shoot because of this incident, so he missed the filming day and didn't get to meet Yuri and Goldfish.

In the third episode of the variety show, the two traveled to Jeju Island to film. It was essentially a small-scale variety show, even more like a customized version. The main theme was travel, with occasional invitations from their friends, and commercials were interspersed throughout.

To put it bluntly, this resource was originally tailor-made for Yuri. Although Girls' Generation was very popular, even the best resources are not enough to go around when divided among nine members. Yuri was in the top three in popularity in the early days of her debut, but her popularity declined later.

Some time ago, Yuri wanted to hold a fan meeting, but SM Entertainment refused, citing insufficient buzz and fear of financial loss. Ultimately, because Yuri sided with Wang Taika on certain issues, Wang Taika arranged for XB Entertainment to host a fan meeting for Yuri as a collaboration.

Since that fan meeting, Yuri has become somewhat disillusioned with SM Entertainment. Before, she had no other choice, but now that Wang Taika has shares in SM and his own company, Yuri has completely sided with Wang Taika.

Wang Taika himself had almost forgotten all of this background information. The painful reality is that Wang Taika never really cared about Yuri. Even regarding the fan meeting, half of his intention was to create problems for SM Entertainment.

The intention was bad, but the plan was ultimately executed well.

These things were insignificant to Wang Taika, but extremely important to Yuri. Since then, Yuri has received a great deal of help from Wang Taika. To this day, Yuri remains deeply grateful to him.

Although Yuri can sometimes show a slightly "snobbish" side when it comes to her career, overall she's a pretty good person. She's also grateful and never forgets those who have helped her.

So the initial idea for this sisterly trip was to give Yuri a variety show, and incidentally bring along newcomers, with the goldfish participating as well.

But BLACKPINK became incredibly popular afterward. Although Girls' Generation was also popular, their popularity didn't fully extend to Yuri. On the contrary, BLACKPINK's current visual center is undoubtedly Goldfish, who enjoys immense popularity. So now it's not so much that one person carried the other, but rather that they mutually benefited each other.

Who is Jin Yu? Regardless of how many women Wang Taika has, he is now openly XB Entertainment's little princess and YG Entertainment's cash cow. How could the production cost of this variety show be low?
If the variety show PD hadn't had a personal motive to showcase South Korea and added the Jeju Island episode, this variety show was originally supposed to be filmed all over the world; they really didn't lack money.

"Unnie, unnie! Look at that orange-shaped cookie, it's so cute, let's go buy some!" Goldfish tugged at Yuri, pleading sweetly. She also quite liked this kind of variety show, like traveling.

Yuri was a beat behind, looking in the direction the finger was pointing, her eyes a little vacant: "Ah, where? Oranges? Really? Let's go buy some."

The goldfish pursed its lips: "Really?"

Twenty minutes later.

The two stood at a crossroads, surrounded by low-rise houses that looked almost identical. Yuri held a map, her brow furrowed, and turned it 360 degrees, her expression growing increasingly confused.

Goldfish couldn't help but complain, "Unnie, is this your new persona? A person who's terrible with directions?"

Yuri muttered, "Wait a minute, this should be an intersection."

Goldfish's energetic shoulders slumped as she leaned closer to look at the map, unable to resist complaining, "Unnie, why are you holding the map vertically? Shouldn't you be holding it horizontally?"

Yuri was shocked. She turned the map over and looked at it. "Wait a minute, this isn't it. I'm not acting. It's all this map's fault, ouch!" At this moment, subtitles should be added: "Kwon-soo is caught in a confusion of self-awareness!"

It's not really Yuri's fault. She was worried about copyright issues, so the map was originally a simplified version made by the production team, which does make it a bit more complicated to look at.

Goldfish glanced at the map, then grabbed Yuri's hand: "Unnie, come with me."

Finally, the two sat on the terrace of a café with a beautiful blue windmill, facing the sea.

Just as Yuri and the goldfish were enjoying coffee and the sea breeze, showing off the beautiful afternoon in Jeju Island to the camera, the program PD's voice came through the screen.

Program PD: "You two have worked hard. Next, we have a little surprise for you. A special little guest will be joining you on your Jeju Island adventure."

Yuri and the goldfish both showed surprised expressions. Actually, it was all an act; the show's guests all knew beforehand.

Yuri: "Wow, there's a special guest? Who is it? Is it someone we know?"

It has to be said that Yuri's acting skills are really bad.

The goldfish's acting was alright, but this little green tea acted completely clueless: "I know, it must be inviting a handsome guy!"

Yuri and Goldfish burst into laughter, then sat up straight, both looking expectant as they gazed toward the entrance of the cafe.

Just then, the wooden door of the café was gently pushed open, and a figure appeared in the doorway against the light. As she approached step by step, the camera captured a clear image of a girl.

The girl looked very young, still like a child, wearing a fresh and cute dress, yet her proportions were already remarkably excellent. Her face held a hint of shyness typical of her age, but more than that, a maturity beyond her years and a sweet smile. She exuded curiosity and a touch of nervousness in front of the camera, but her steps were remarkably composed.

Yuri looked at the beautiful stranger with a face full of question marks, but still maintained a polite smile.

The goldfish's reaction was noticeably different. The moment she saw the girl, her eyes lit up, a light unlike the usual commercial cuteness she displayed on TV; it was a genuine, heartfelt radiance, filled with gentleness and pride. She almost immediately stood up and reached out to the girl.

"Yuanying, come here," the goldfish said happily.

At this moment, when the girl named Yuan Ying saw the goldfish, the tension on her face instantly turned into relief and affection, and she quickly walked over.

First, she obediently bowed to Yuri to greet her, then turned to the goldfish, her eyes filled with dependence: "Unnie..."

The call was natural and affectionate.

Goldfish smiled and put her arm around Wonyoung's shoulder, explaining to the camera, and also to Yuri: "This is my very nice little sister."

This statement is ambiguous; it only refers to her as a younger sister at home, without specifying whether she is a biological sister or a sister from a relative's family.

Even though the goldfish has no attachment to its real family and is completely indifferent to the name Zhang Yuanxi, it still has to maintain appearances no matter what.

Goldfish wouldn't mind helping her younger sister, who dreams of becoming a big star, whenever she can.

The main reason is that this is a way for them to show their warm side. Because their image has always been cute, and although they are very popular, goldfish are always mindful of potential problems and don't want their image to become fixed.
