"The liver hides the blue dragon, the lungs hide the white tiger,

The heart is the Red Bird, and the kidney is the Black Turtle.

The four images return to the center, the Yellow Court conceives the earth,

Wood and fire shine brightly, metal and water combine!"

3. Eliminate diseases and evil spirits

Use a silver needle to press the Shimen acupoint, draw a tiny drop of blood into the medicine cup, and recite quickly:

"The three corpses are cut off, the six desires are burnt to ashes,

All the bones are cleansed of filth and thousands of meridians are warded off poison.

The essence of heaven and the milk of earth, filling my womb,

The Moon Soul and the Sun Soul, mold your fetus!" 4. The command becomes a curse

Throw the talisman into the fire, the ashes fall into the cup and the medicine boils suddenly, then drink loudly:

"Dongyue, please release your soul quickly.
