Harry Potter and the Great Old Ones

Chapter 107 Brief Farsightedness

Chapter 107 Brief Farsightedness

Once they were all seated in the carriage, Mrs. Weasley glanced at the back, where Harry, Tyrell, Ron, Fred, George, and Percy sat comfortably side by side. She and Ginny sat in the front, their seats stretched out like park benches. “Muggles are smarter than we think!” Mrs. Weasley exclaimed. “You wouldn’t guess how spacious the carriage is from the outside.”

Tierra glanced at Mr. Weasley through the rearview mirror.

Arthur Weasley seemed to notice Tierra's gaze, winked at her, then started the engine and drove the car out of the yard.

But soon, they came back—

George forgot his hard-to-pull-out fireworks at home.

Five minutes later, the car stopped in the yard so Fred could run back to get his flying broom.

They finally arrived at Kingdom Cross train station at 10:10.

Since it was still early, Tierra took out her remaining pounds and bought a coffee and a small egg tart for each of the Weasleys and Harry at the café next to Kingdom Cross Station.

He also formally thanked Mrs. Weasley for her care over the past few days.

“Oh, Tyra, you really don’t have to do this!” Mrs. Weasley hugged Tyra happily.

After finishing their coffee and egg tarts, the clock at Kingdom Train Station had already struck 10:45.

"Hurry up, hurry up, kids," Molly Weasley urged from behind. "Percy's first."

“George, Fred, you two follow—”

“Mr. Weasley, let’s go together!” Tierra suddenly grabbed Arthur Weasley’s coat sleeve and said, “I’ve thought of a brilliant way to modify cars and I’d like to discuss it with you.”

Anyway, Tiera has little luggage, only a suitcase, so she can leave whenever she wants.

As soon as they entered London, Tierra sensed Dobby and knew that Dobby was preparing to stop him or Harry from entering Platform Nine and Three-Quarters, just as in the original story.

Tierra definitely didn't want to be left alone outside. This was Kingdom Cross Station, a Muggle hotspot. If Dobby managed to intercept Tierra here, he could simply cast a few vicious spells on the Muggles and shift the blame for the attack on Dobby onto him.

Tyella will be expelled from Hogwarts, and danger will be permanently removed from Harry Potter's life.

Therefore, Tierra chose to go to Platform Nine and Three-Quarters with Arthur Weasley.

In the original book, if Dobby really wanted to stop Harry from returning to Hogwarts, he had plenty of methods and time.

But they chose to do it at Kingdom Cross Station, just as Harry was about to board the Hogwarts Express—

Tiera could only think of one possibility—

Dobby was afraid of Mr. and Mrs. Weasley.

Although the original books and movies don't show much about Arthur Weasley and Molly Weasley's fighting abilities, the fact that they were both ruthless individuals who had been in the Order of the Phoenix and escaped unscathed is enough to tell that the Weasleys' magical skills were definitely not low.

This may be why Dobby didn't dare to cause trouble when Harry was still living in the Weasleys' house.

Following Mr. Weasley, Tierra successfully stepped onto Platform Nine and Three-Quarters.

"Tiera, what's your idea for the modification?" Arthur Weasley asked.

“It was just a sudden thought, sir,” Tierra said. “It’s a bit complicated and incomplete. I’ll explain it to you in detail when I get to the school.”

“Okay, Tierra.” Arthur Weasley gave Tierra a big hug, then watched her board the train with a warm smile.

Sure enough, just like in the original story, Harry and Ron didn't appear on the Hogwarts Express until 11:00, the train's scheduled departure time. "Hey, Tyella, do you know where Ron and Harry are?" George and Fred Weasley found Tyella in each compartment as the train was about to depart.

"Huh? Aren't they with you?" Tierra asked, feigning surprise. "I thought they were out playing with you."

“No, no,” George Weasley said, shaking his head. “We haven’t seen them…maybe they went to see Granger…”

"Tierra!" Tierra and the Weasley twins were talking when a fluffy, broom-like little head appeared in the doorway of Tierra's box.

“Tierra! Have you seen Harry and Ron?” Hermione Granger asked. “I can’t find them anywhere!”

“Didn’t you see it either, Granger?” the Weasley twins asked.

“No!” Hermione shook her head and said, “I was going to look for them after I got in the car… but I couldn’t find them anywhere!”

"Oh my god! Could they have missed this train?!" Hermione exclaimed.

"Maybe." Tyella shrugged somewhat nonchalantly, but after seeing the three parts annoyance, three parts confusion, and four parts of something Tyella herself didn't know in Hermione's eyes, Tyella changed her tune on the spot:

“Maybe they really didn’t board this train,” Tierra said with a serious face. “Let’s go find the conductor. This has probably happened in previous years. Let’s ask the conductor what to do.”

After saying that, Tierra was about to get up—

But in the instant he stood up, in the split second Tierra closed the book—

He seemed to catch something out of the corner of his eye—

The train has just left the city. Although it's far from the dense buildings and skyscrapers, there are still scattered Muggle communities outside the train window.
In that fleeting moment, out of the corner of her eye, Tiera caught a glimpse of something:
Above the verdant fields, he seemed to see a flying, dilapidated blue car—

Tierra quickly went to the window—

But there was nothing there—no cars, no endless fields.

The scenery outside the car window was still that of a dilapidated rural-urban fringe area.

"What's wrong?" Hermione asked, mimicking Tyella by lying down beside the bed.

“No, it’s nothing,” Tierra said. “Let’s go find the train conductor.”

After they explained the situation to the train conductor and returned to their respective compartments, the train happened to pass by a vast field.

Hermione, walking alongside Tyrell, was chattering away in Tyrell's ear about the knowledge she had gained from studying her textbooks over the summer—

Hermione seemed to have completely let go of the frustration and indignation of her failed first crush and wanted to have a completely unbiased academic discussion with Tyrell—

But Tierra's mind was elsewhere...

Because this knowledge was far too superficial for Tiera—

So Tiera responded with "uh-huh," "uh-huh," "uh-huh," while her eyes darted around aimlessly out of the room—

Then he saw a light blue flying car soaring above the boundless fields.
