Harry Potter and the Great Old Ones
Chapter 277 Hunting Time
Chapter 277 Hunting Time
Tyrell, arm in arm with Hermione on one arm and Harry on the other, returned to the Weasley camp, chatting and laughing.
But nobody wants to sleep.
Clearly, besides the fact that the surroundings were too noisy, everyone was overly excited.
When it was time for bed, Mr. Weasley made an exception and allowed everyone to finish a cup of cocoa milk before going into the tent.
But soon, everyone completely forgot about the bedtime rule, and Harry and the Weasley men started arguing about the game they had just played—
Mr. Weasley and Charlie were arguing fiercely about the issue of the collision.
Tierra silently opened his briefcase—
Inside were a dazzling array of Quidditch World Cup souvenirs.
It contained almost every souvenir Harry had seen that afternoon, neatly arranged in a suitcase that had been widened by the Unseen Extension Charm.
There were even many obviously sought-after souvenirs, such as miniature statues of the entire Irish and Bulgarian national teams, which Tiera prepared in multiple sets.
They were all bought with the goblin's gold coins.
Among them, Tierra specially bought more than a hundred miniature statues of Viktor Krum.
In order to sell in the upcoming Triwizard Tournament.
These Quidditch World Cup souvenirs and Viktor Krumm figurines are sure to attract many young wizards to buy them—
Prices are negotiable; these statues are basically free anyway, as long as they can be given away.
So before selling them at Hogwarts, Tyrell would use her flesh magic and the emotional power she had collected that day to slightly process these keepsakes, transforming them into anchors for herself in both the material and spiritual dimensions.
After all, modifying existing magical items is always more convenient and saves time and effort than building new magical items from scratch.
Tierra distributed one of each of these souvenirs to the Weasleys, Hermione, and Harry.
To express our gratitude for their shelter and care during this time.
Finally, after Ginny fell asleep at the small table and spilled a cup of hot chocolate all over the floor, Mr. Weasley ordered everyone to stop arguing about the game and go to sleep.
Before going to sleep, Ludobagman visited the Weasleys' camp and brought back the twins' money and Tyella's money.
The Geminis only got one bag of Galleons, while Tierra—
They then received a whole box full of Galleons.
There are a total of 1,500 gold coins, not one more and not one less.
All of them were genuine Galleons, which Ludobagman handed over to Tiera with a gloomy expression.
“Thank you, Mr. Bagman.” Tierra smiled innocently and kindly. “Now I can explain things to my father, Mr. Lockhart.”
Ludobagman slightly composed himself, then gave Tiera a bitter smile that looked more like a grimace before silently turning and leaving.
Clearly, Ludobagman is currently experiencing considerable inner turmoil.
On the one hand, Ludobagman was emotionally reluctant to give the 1,500 Galleons—
After discovering that the 1,500 Galleons given to Tierra before the event had all disappeared, Ludobagman realized that the seemingly innocent and kind Muggle wizard in front of him was actually full of evil intentions.
It was obvious that the 1,500 gold coins Tiera had given him were all fake. Although Ludobagman didn't know how Tiera had done it, he could see that the 1,500 gold galleons Tiera had given him were all goblin gold coins.
Although Ludobagman hated Tiera to the core, reason told him that he had to give her the 1,500 gold coins.
Because Ludo wasn't sure whether all of this was Tiera's own idea, or whether Gilderoy Lockhart, who was behind Tiera, had discovered evidence of his embezzlement and wanted to use it against him. Ludo Bagman could tell the difference between the value of 1,500 gold coins and his position as Director of the Department of Magical Sports.
After Mr. Bagman left, Harry and the Weasley boys changed into their pajamas and climbed into their sleeping bags.
"Huh? Tyella?" Harry asked, puzzled. "Why aren't you changing into your pajamas?"
Harry found Tyrell fully dressed and lying down in her sleeping bag.
“I’m shy,” Tierra said.
Harry: ? ? ?
"What are you shy about?" Harry asked, puzzled. "After you came back from the junkyard on Saturday, you practically stripped naked and rushed into the Burrow's bathroom with George and Fred."
"You guys were in there messing around and washing for over an hour!" Harry added.
“I’m going through puberty,” Tiera said with a shrug. “It’s perfectly normal to feel shy about exposing myself to older men. Okay, time to get some sleep. Goodnight~”
Even at this point, they could still hear singing and strange crashing sounds coming from the other side of the camp, echoing in the night sky for a long time.
“Oh my God, thank goodness I wasn’t on duty,” Mr. Weasley muttered sleepily. “Thank goodness I didn’t have to go and tell the Irish to stop celebrating their victory, or it would have been unimaginable.”
Ginny and Hermione shared a room, Mr. Weasley slept on the sofa in the hall, while Tyella, Harry, and the other boys squeezed together in another large bedroom.
Harry, Tyella, Ron, the Weasley twins, Charlie, Bill, and Percy were all huddled together.
Harry couldn't sleep at all. Listening to Tyella's even breathing beside him, his eyes were fixed on the canvas ceiling of the tent, and some of Krum's wonderful moves were flashing through his mind again.
He longed to ride onto his own fire bolt and try out Lansky's feint—
Oliver Wood had designed all those animated diagrams, but somehow he never actually taught how to do those fake moves... Harry could almost see himself wearing a robe with his name on the back, imagining the deafening cheers of 100,000 spectators, and Ludo Bagman's voice echoing throughout the stadium: "The trophy is yours, Harry Potter!"
Harry wasn't sure if he was asleep—he kept fantasizing about flying like Krum, and perhaps he had unknowingly drifted into a dream—
All he knew was that Mr. Weasley suddenly shouted.
"Get up! Get up! Everyone get up! Quickly, get up, there's an emergency!"
Harry sat up abruptly, his head hitting the canvas.
“Wh-what is it?” Harry asked.
Harry began to have a vague feeling that something was wrong.
The sounds in the camp have changed—
The singing stopped, and he heard screams and the sound of people running in panic.
He jumped up from his bed and reached for his clothes, but Mr. Weasley said, "No time, Harry—grab any coat you can and get out of here, quick!"
Mr. Weasley himself would simply wear his denim jacket over his pajamas.
At the same time, there was a "whoosh" sound.
Tiera quickly sat up.
Harry seemed to see Tyella's eyes begin to glow red—
Tonight, Tierra joins the hunt.
