Chapter 301 Restarting the War of the Century
“Miss Rosie, please calm down…” Dumbledore tried to pull Mrs. Rosie away, but—
“Shut up, Dumbledore!” Lady Roselle turned her anger towards Dumbledore instead. “How dare you! How could you? How dare you defile him like this!”
"Have you forgotten? Have you—" Rosie said angrily.
“Miss Rosie!” Dumbledore interrupted rudely. “You’re talking to me about respect? You should think about what you’ve done!”
“Don’t think I don’t know what that white-haired girl is!” Dumbledore said.
“His greatness lies in his ideas, not his magic!” Mrs. Rosie said. “We simply improved upon his original design!”
"You're talking to me about great ideas?" Professor McGonagall joined the fray. "He's a pathetic, insane, vermintic dictator, and you're his executioner!"
“You’ve gone too far! Minerva McGonagall!” Mrs. Rosie roared. “What do you know, a pathetic Transfiguration teacher in a pathetic school?”
“Minerva, I also think the word ‘bedbug’ is too harsh…” Dumbledore said.
"Albus, shut up!"
"Oh, shut up, you old honey!"
Professor McGonagall and Mrs. Rosie shouted almost simultaneously.
Dumbledore could only sigh and shrug.
"Wait, are we still discussing whether the two champions from Hogwarts are ineligible for the Triwizard Tournament?" Madam Maxim looked at Dumbledore with some confusion.
"Are you talking about Grindelwald?" Wickdorkrum suddenly interjected. "Is Mrs. Rosie's lackey of Grindelwald?"
"Shut up, Viktor!" Karkaroff yelled at Viktor Krum, a rare occurrence for him. "You have no right to interrupt here!"
“I can tell you, yes.” Tierra finally figured out the identity of Lady Rosie –
The female attendant next to Grindelwald, wearing a green dress and a hat tilted to one side, with a French accent.
Tierra didn't recognize her at first because when Tierra watched "Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald," her name wasn't mentioned in the main film, and she looked much older than before.
"What? Mrs. Rosie, how could you do this!" Viktor Krum asked in shock, as if a naive young man had discovered that the headmaster he had always respected was a bastard.
"Not only that," Tierra added fuel to the fire, pointing at Dumbledore—
"Have you seen our headmaster? He's Grindelwald's old flame."
"Tiera!"
"Tiera!"
"You brat!"
Dumbledore, Professor McGonagall, and Mrs. Rosie shouted almost simultaneously.
“How could you say that about your principal!” Professor McGonagall roared.
"You brat! What do you know! Gellert isn't gay!" Lady Rosie was clearly furious, and she stormed towards Tiera—
But Professor McGonagall blocked her way.
“He’s a Hogwarts student!” Professor McGonagall exclaimed. “This is Hogwarts! Not a place for a female executioner like you to run wild!”
"Get out of my way!" Mrs. Rosie shoved Professor McGonagall. "You pedantic parasite!"
"You executioner!" Professor McGonagall shoved Mrs. Rosie in return—
But by sheer coincidence, the push landed squarely on Mrs. Rosie's chest. Then, as if by reflex, Mrs. Rosie slapped Professor McGonagall across the face—
Although Professor McGonagall was stunned by the blow, her battle-hardened experience quickly brought her back to her senses, and she reached out to grab Mrs. Rosie's hair—
He ruffled Rosie's exquisite gray hair, even pulling out a few strands.
“Hey! Ladies, please—” Dumbledore, Ludo Bagman, Mrs. Maxime, and Karkaroff all stepped forward to try and separate the two, but—
"Quick, Professor McGonagall, step on her foot!" Tierra shouted, quickly pulling out her portable camera—
Tierra had originally intended to record the shocked and bewildered expression on Harry's face when he chose the fourth champion, but—
"Harry, Harry, look! This is way more exciting than the Triwizard Tournament!" Tierra shouted as she recorded. "Yeah, Professor McGonagall, poke his eye again!"
"Put down that camera, Tyella!" Dumbledore roared angrily. "You shouldn't treat your elders like that!"
"I'm an innocent and adorable fourteen-year-old boy, so it's normal for me to be naughty like this," Tiera said, blinking and sticking out her tongue, trying to appear as childish as possible.
"You're fourteen this year?" Fleur Delacour exclaimed in surprise. "I thought you were only twelve or even eleven!"
“I do look a bit younger than you,” Tierra said sarcastically. “Old auntie.”
"You brat!" Fleur Delacour cursed viciously. "You just hope you don't run into me in the next match, or I'll make you wish you were dead!"
"How can you wish you were dead? With your ass?" Tiera retorted rudely.
"You impolite brat!" Madam Maxim said sternly. "Watch your mouth! Is this the kind of upbringing Hogwarts produces?"
"Enough! That's enough!" Dumbledore roared, then waved his wand—
Professor McGonagall and Mrs. Rosie were instantly separated from their struggle.
Both old ladies had disheveled hair and bruises on their faces. Professor McGonagall's right eye was blackened and swollen from the beating, while Mrs. Rosie's lip and left cheek were scratched.
"Everyone, please calm down!" Dumbledore said loudly. "We're here to discuss Mr. Lockhart and Mr. Potter's participation in the competition!"
"What's there to discuss?" Karkaroff said.
He wore a cold smile, his blue eyes gleaming with icy coldness: "Hogwarts has two champions? And both under fourteen? I don't recall anyone telling me that the host school can have two champions—haven't I read the ordinances carefully enough?"
Then Karkarov gave a short, unpleasant laugh.
“That’s impossible!” said Madam Maxim, placing her large hand, adorned with many ornate opals, on Fleur’s shoulder. “It’s so unfair that Hogwarts can’t have two champions.”
"And as you just saw, the good students your school produces are so rude and impolite!" Madam Maxim said angrily. "Given the mess Hogwarts has caused as the main school in this Triwizard Tournament, I believe Hogwarts should be disqualified from the competition!"
“And your age limit is designed to exclude underage competitors,” Karkaroff said, his cold smile still on his face, but the chill in his eyes deepening. “Otherwise, we would certainly bring more candidates from our school.”
“This is all Tyrell’s fault, Karkaroff,” Snape said softly. “Don’t blame Dumbledore. Ever since Tyrell Lockhart enrolled, all sorts of strange and illogical things have happened. He’s practically the source of all this trouble, practically a collection of oddities, practically—”
“Thank you, Severus,” Dumbledore interrupted decisively. Snape shut his mouth and shrugged.
"Sigh... let's take it one step at a time." Dumbledore sighed, then looked at Tyella, "Tyella, tell me, have you—"
"Shit!" Dumbledore swore, a rare occurrence for him. "Tieera! Put your camera away!"
