Tiera had anticipated Umbridge's actions.

Finally, Dumbledore was put on trial, and the Ministry of Magic worldwide was informed that the British wizarding community remained powerful and capable of even arresting the rebellious White Lord, Dumbledore.

At first, Tierra thought Cornelius Fudge was too scared to admit that Voldemort had returned.
