“Only,” Venda Rosie said hesitantly, “only two hundred and sixty-seven families.”

“Only two hundred and sixty-seven families,” Tiera asked again. “What percentage of the total?”

“Over 95 percent,” Wenda Rosie said cautiously.

“That’s almost all,” Tiera sighed upon hearing this. “The population is still too small.”

A silence fell over the meeting room upon hearing this.

“The Wizarding Genome Project and the research project on magical embryo development are not progressing very well either,” Tiera continued. “I have successfully infiltrated research institutions around the world responsible for the Human Genome Project under various identities, but it has been a year now and I have not found any SNP loci related to wizards or the spiritual dimension.”

Tierra paused, then continued.

"We've also established a biotechnology company in the Muggle world. By providing financial support, we've gained the consent of unmarried pregnant girls and cash-strapped pregnant women, attempting to influence embryonic development through a spiritual dimension, thereby increasing the birth rate of wizard babies or transforming Muggle babies into wizard babies. The first batch of babies has already been born, but..."

“But this research can be described as a complete failure.” Tiera shrugged helplessly. “Of the more than 500 pregnant women from across Britain and Europe, only two babies were born after we continued to feed them magic-enhancing potions or used guardian spirits to bless the fetuses. We hope to use existing magic or ritual magic to give these Muggles a spiritual dimension,” Tierra said. “But this experiment has only just begun, and it will take at least ten years of effort to see success.” After saying that, Tierra stopped talking and simply scanned the crowd with her eyes.

Apart from Arthur Weasley giving Tyella a goofy smile, the others either remained silent or lowered their heads, hiding their eyes in the shadows to prevent their inner feelings from being revealed.

The entire conference room was completely silent, as if even the sound of breathing had disappeared.

“I know many of you consider yourselves nobles,” Tiera said calmly when the atmosphere had quieted down enough. “I also know many of you look down on Muggles and think of them as inferior blood.”

“I didn’t!” Arthur Weasley suddenly exclaimed. “I’ve always thought Muggles are lovely creatures!”

Arthur Weasley glared at Tyella, as if she had greatly insulted him.

“So you see,” Tierra suddenly raised her voice, “so you listen!”

“Even the most agreeable person in our Magical Union thinks so!” Tierra asked Arthur Weasley, who looked completely bewildered. “Is this your opinion? You think Muggles are living beings? Just cute creatures?”
