Chapter 737 Tourism Development

"My trip?" Arthur asked, puzzled.

“I’m planning to develop a tourist route for wizards,” Tierra said. “Come on, let’s go inside and talk.”

The village of Tenham was not a place of fighting. Just now, Tierra and Arthur Weasley were chatting and had unknowingly walked from the swamp to the church in the center of Tenham village.

The church has now been converted into the temporary government office of the British Magic Federation in Tynham Village.

The prayer hall on the first floor has been converted into a council chamber.

The second and third floors of the church were converted into more than a dozen small rooms for Muggle engineers and workers to live in.

As for wizards
The wizards can either teleport or return home via the Floo network from the temporary government office in Tenham Village.

“Please come in, Mr. Weasley.” Tierra walked directly into the meeting room on the first floor of the Temporary Government Office in Tenham Village, and then used a glow charm to illuminate the entire church.

The office's electrical circuits have been laid, but because there is no power plant near Tenam Village, the circuits are not powered, and Tiera can only use magical means for lighting.

The same applies to tap water.

The first-floor council hall was now empty, but Tierra and Arthur Weasley casually found a comfortable corner to sit in and began their discussion. Arthur looked around the renovated church and exclaimed, "The changes here are truly remarkable. It used to be a quiet, dilapidated, and overgrown church, but now it's transformed into this."

“This is all thanks to you.” Tiera smiled and nodded, beginning to explain:

"Because of my large-scale construction projects, the large number of wizards and Muggles I have hired, the scholarships I have provided to foreign students, and the settlement allowances for wizards from other countries coming to England, a considerable amount of Galleons has flowed into our market."

"Although inflation isn't obvious right now, to put it bluntly, we need to find a way to get their money back out of them."

“The production and promotion of books and other cultural products is one aspect, but on the other hand, we need to develop some entirely new industries,” Tierra explained to Arthur Weasley. “Tourism is one of them.”

“Yes, I plan to develop a tourism route for wizards, allowing them to better understand the Muggle world and interact with Muggle travelers. This would effectively break down the barriers between the wizarding and Muggle communities, promoting communication and understanding between them, at least from the wizarding side to the Muggle side,” Tierra said.

"This is a very promising idea, and it could definitely play a positive role in promoting communication and understanding between wizards and Muggles. However, due to the many differences and limitations between the wizarding and Muggle communities, developing this tourist route may face some challenges." After listening to Tierra's explanation, Arthur thought for a moment and then said excitedly:

“Of course,” Tierra said with a smile. “That’s your task.”

"Among all the current officials of the British Magic Federation, besides myself, Mr. Weasley, you are the one who knows the Muggle world best. With Hermione and Harry growing up in the Muggle world, I believe your family can definitely strike a balance between gaining a deep understanding of Muggle society and exposing the magical world."
