Harry Potter and the Great Old Ones
Chapter 742
Chapter 742
“Of course, wouldn’t it be even better if Voldemort could tutor his students and help wizards from Muggle families without a magical background catch up with the pace at Hogwarts?” Tyrell said with a wicked grin. “After all, Hogwarts doesn’t support idlers.”
"Yes, yes, yes." Dumbledore shook his head helplessly and said with a smile, "I almost forgot how badly you fleeced Voldemort."
“But I must remind you,” Dumbledore said, his smile vanishing in an instant. “Voldemort is a very wicked child. In many ways, his influence on those around him, especially on young wizards who are not yet fully mature, is subtle and gradual.”
“You can rest assured about that,” Tiera said nonchalantly. “He’s practically begging to be seen now, after all, I—”
Tierra paused, then continued, "It was the indelible shadow that loomed over him."
"Are you so sure?" Dumbledore asked.
Tiera smiled, but didn't say anything. She just opened her mouth wide, pointed to her mouth with her index finger, and rubbed her stomach.
it is more than words.
"Sigh," Dumbledore sighed. "Prophets are terrifying. Even a genius wizard like Voldemort couldn't escape being completely manipulated by you."
"Don't tell me you've suddenly had a change of heart and want to give him another chance to reform," Tiera asked, raising an eyebrow.
“My pity and love are for Harry, for Neville, and for the millions of poor children who have lost loved ones because of Voldemort and his Death Eaters.” Dumbledore’s expression darkened slightly. “Not for the executioners, nor for their accomplices.”
“Then—” Tyella said. “But I have to remind you of something,” Dumbledore suddenly interrupted, “I have no objection to you imprisoning those Death Eaters and Voldemort’s followers in the Ministry of Magic.”
“You want to put them to a public trial, and I agree. They deserve it,” Dumbledore continued.
“I can understand your suggestion that they have children, with a ten-year reduction in their sentences for each child they have,” Dumbledore said. “Special times call for special measures, but what about those children?”
“I will find them good adoptive families,” Tierra said. “Eleven wizard families have already signed up to adopt the children, and I have already vetted them. They are all very loving, harmonious and kind couples.”
"Only eleven families?" Dumbledore asked. "With your method of reducing sentences, eleven families might not be enough."
“And there are Muggle families,” Tierra said with a laugh. “Top scientists in Britain, America, and some parts of Europe are mostly single, or married for many years without children.”
“They’re willing to adopt,” Tiera said with a smile. “Or I’ll raise them myself. I’ll raise one baby for every one I have. I’m not afraid of how many newborns come along.”
“You…” Dumbledore sighed helplessly. “You seem to be challenging all the social ethics and social structures that have been established from ancient times to the present, whether by wizards or Muggles.”
