"Thank you so much for your understanding!" Diana Hoganmill breathed a sigh of relief, feeling as if she had been granted a pardon.

“You were frightened this time too.” Irina Smirnov was a seasoned manager and wizard official; she wouldn’t be overly harsh on her subordinates who had failed.

“No, you didn’t. You fought entirely for the interests of wizards,” Diana said.

“Don’t worry, Ms. Diana, Mr. Tierra and I will definitely fulfill the conditions we promised you,” Irina Smirnov said.

"Thank you so much! Your Excellency Smirnov, thank you so much!" Diana almost cried.

"Please calm down, Ms. Diana. It's just a small setback. Our war with V. Tom Riddle is far from over," Irina Smirnov said calmly. "We will surely complete our unfinished mission under the leadership of our great leader!"

“For the greater good, Diana!” Irina Smirnov said firmly.

"All for the greater good! Your Excellency Smirnov!"

After shutting down communication with Diana, Irina Smirnov's previously resolute expression crumbled instantly. She sighed and hesitated before heading into the house.
