Harry Potter and the Great Old Ones
Chapter 778
Tierra entered the meeting room, and everyone waited quietly for his message.
“The good news is that I have made some important discoveries during my exploration of the South Pacific,” Tiera said with a smile. “He does indeed lie there, at 47°9′S, 126°43′W, in the great R'lyeh.”
Chief Thunderbird and Maka-Fal-Monkasha both cast fearful yet excited glances their way.
"Our nuclear weapons lie dormant there," Tierra concluded.
“And what’s the bad news?” Maka-far-Monkasha asked.
“Our nuclear bombs may not be able to detonate,” Tiera said. “I have reclaimed the power that I had scattered across all my avatars and approached the sea near R'lyeh as a fully-formed divine being.”
"And then?" Chief Thunderbird clenched his fists and asked nervously.
“Then nothing happened,” Tiera said. “I tried to influence this sea with my full divine biodiverity, but there was no reaction. Not only that great being, but even the father and mother gods of the Deep Ones did not react.”
“Then I left,” Tierra said.
"Are they in a deep sleep?" Chief Thunderbird asked.
Tierra's words made everyone in the conference room think.
“If…” Maka-Fal-Monkasha’s eyes flickered, as if searching for a solution, she tried to ask, “Tiera, are you sure how deep your influence will be when you affect the sea with your full divine biological characteristics?”
“Only on the surface, and raindrops falling into the sea,” Tierra replied.
"What about time?" Chief Thunderbird pulled out a notebook, flipped to the last page, and asked.
“Fifteen minutes,” Tiera said. “From the time I fully gathered my divine power until I left, it was a total of fifteen minutes.” “That should be enough,” Chief Thunderbird said, staring at the numbers and formulas in his notebook. “That should be enough.”
“Let me see.” Maka-Fal-Monkasha took the notebook from Chief Thunderbird and stared at it.
“That’s certainly enough.” After doing some mental calculations, Maka-far-Monkasa sighed and said, “At least enough to alarm Father God Dagon and Mother Goddess Hydra.”
"What do we do now?" Chief Thunderbird asked. "His and His retinue's slumber is far deeper than we imagined."
“Let’s proceed according to the original plan,” Tiera said. “First, we’ll form an alliance with the Deep Ones, and through them, establish contact with their father, Dagon, and mother, Hydra, to try and establish a united city in the waters near R’lyeh. If that doesn’t work…”
“I will move an offshore oil field nearby,” Tiera said. “To be precise, there is likely a large amount of oil storage near R'lyeh.”
"All we need to do is lure the US military over there."
After speaking, Tiera glanced at Chief Thunderbird.
"I'll arrange this if needed," Chief Thunderbird gave Tiera an affirmative answer.
“Okay.” Tierra finished speaking, then reached out and made a grasping motion in the air—
A card appeared in his hand, and then Tiera stomped her foot on the ground.
A virtual world map rose from the ground.
“Jeffrey Rocky, we’ve now entered the Deep One instance.” Tiera placed the card with Jeffrey Rocky’s name on it in the town of Padstore, located on the coast of Cornwall, England.
