"Professor? Professor?" Hallelujah Frolov heard someone calling him in his deep sleep.

"Professor Frolov? Professor Frolov?"

"Ah! Cough cough cough—" Hallelujah Frolov suddenly regained consciousness, his awareness gradually returning, and his vision slowly becoming clearer—

With medium-length hair and a capable appearance, Mitchell McGann patted Professor Frolov on the shoulder with concern.

"You're awake?" Mitchell McGann gently helped Professor Frolov sit up, then opened his water bottle and fed Professor Frolov some water.

“Thank you, thank you.” Professor Frolov took a few sips of water and felt a little better. He looked around and found himself in a swaying cabin. Besides himself and the lean and capable Mitchell McGann, there was a well-dressed, seemingly wealthy young man and a few somewhat uncouth sailors.

"Where...where are we?" Professor Frolov didn't try to stand up, because they were now sailing on a vast, seemingly endless sea, and apart from experienced sailors, no one could maintain their balance on such a swaying ship—

Even Jeffrey Rocky, who called himself a wizard and a Deep One diplomat, was no exception.

“About two hundred nautical miles, Professor,” Mitchell McGann replied. “You can continue to rest; we still have a long way to go.”

"No, no need, I'll just sit for a while." Professor Frolov sat up from his bed and wrapped his heavy cashmere coat around himself.

Water splashed against the gunwale in the wind, and the bow kept breaking through the waves, making the whole small fishing boat sway back and forth like a mother's cradle.

In the distance lies the vast ocean, stretching to the horizon and seemingly leading to an endless unknown. The afterglow of the setting sun spills across the sea, its orange-red light illuminating every corner of the boat, appearing to be the final ray of light to light up the entire fishing vessel.

As Professor Frolov sat inside the fishing boat, gazing at the afterglow of the setting sun streaming through the windows, he couldn't help but recall the afternoon he met Tierra—four days earlier, when Professor Frolov arrived in Padesto, the well-dressed young man, Jeffrey Rocky, was already waiting there.

Standing next to him was a boy who looked to be only sixteen or seventeen years old, wearing a golden-red papal cannon and holding a strange long staff.

They say the boy's name is Tiera, and he is a divine being who has already grasped the mysteries of the universe.

“Professor Frolov, it’s a pleasure to meet you.” Tiera’s voice was clear and strong, full of youthful energy and the authority of someone who had been in a position of power for a long time.

“Hello, Mr. Tierra?” Professor Frolov said hesitantly, extending his hand as well.

"Are you a wizard too?" Professor Frolov asked cautiously.

“I have surpassed the wizard,” Tiera said. “I will explain the details to you later. Now, let’s talk about this expedition.”

After saying that, Tiera turned slightly to the side—

They pushed open a door behind them.

Behind that door should have been the door to the bus station's restroom, but instead, a cozy-looking restaurant appeared behind it.

"Please come in." Tiera gently tugged at Professor Frolov and pulled him inside.
