2824. The Fall of Chalos IV (Part 1)
Ahsoka-Tano remained silent for a long time before slowly saying, "Do you know? There are quite a few people who support Borsk-Feria's strategy in the meetings of the Alliance's high command. “Where are we going?” Ezra Bridger asked.

“To the Rebel Alliance headquarters.” Ahsoka-Tano’s tone grew firmer. “This time, I will not run away. I will not leave like I left the Jedi Order! Even knowing that they are beyond redemption and utterly corrupt, I should not leave; that would be cowardly. I must go back, back to Padmé, so that she can get my help when she is in the most danger.”

After saying that, she pressed the start button.

After paying a heavy price (half of which was caused by General Karani driving Odin around town), the rebel alliance's plans were finally thwarted, and the Ghost Squad was destroyed.

Sabine Raine and Blood Warrior Talon Marix are now prisoners, held in the underground prison on the planet Losar.

In addition, General Karani's Operation Spring Dawn destroyed twenty-three Rebel Alliance bases, giving the entire Eastern Territory a completely new look.

A day when no one was on guard.

The fleets of the Galactic Empire's Twelfth Army are stationed on the capital planet Lantilis and the military base Chalos IV. Governor Serben, who has finally regained military and political power, is negotiating with the Imperial Central Government, demanding more reinforcements and supplies.

For a high-ranking sector governor like him, the reinforcements and supplies meant more power.

Governor Serben promoted two officers from among his confidants, Vice Admiral Hector and Vice Admiral Ramon. Serben was working to promote them to admiral, but it was clear that after the recent disastrous defeat in the Sarukami system, the obstacles to their promotion were considerable.

Lieutenant General Ramon is stationed on Chalos IV, while Lieutenant General Hector is based in Lantilis. The two lieutenant generals are currently reorganizing the Twelfth Army's equipment, since the entire Twelfth Army's organization was disrupted in the previous Battle of Salukami.

They currently believe they still have time. Although Governor Serben forbids any contact with the Rebel Alliance, these two generals are not fools; they are still secretly maintaining relations with the Alliance, providing weapons, intelligence, and other conveniences in exchange for their intelligence support. However, the support they can obtain is now dwindling, and the fog of war over the Kingdom of Dawn is gradually beginning to close.

But at least for now, they can understand that the Kingdom of Dawn is heavily suppressing the rebels within its borders, which means that their main fleet is mostly in the rear. At least during Operation Spring Dawn, most of the warships of the Kingdom of Dawn's Eastern Fleet went to the rear.

After launching the Sarukami Planet campaign, Operation Spring Dawn was launched, leaving the Dawn Kingdom fleet with very little time to rest and regroup.

Moreover, based on their understanding of the rebels, the rebels were like wildfire that could not be extinguished and would spring up again with the spring breeze. Even if you slaughtered the entire population of an entire planet, more rebels would "grow" from other planets.

"General! We have been attacked by separatists! The enemy fleet consists of 129 capital ships!" the adjutant repeated urgently.

"That's impossible! Where did they get their fleet? Their entire fleet is suppressing the rebellion in the rear!" Lieutenant General Ramon roared.

"Yes...they're all our own warships! They were captured by them!" the adjutant shouted.

"What did you say?!" Ramon ran at the fastest speed he had ever seen in his life and rushed into the command center, only to see on the holographic combat star map that his own defensive fleet had already begun to engage the enemy.

The fleet that the Kingdom of Dawn sent to attack consisted of 120 Imperial-class Star Destroyers and 9 of those strange golden aircraft carriers!

In the previous battle on the planet Salukami, the Imperial fleet was routed, leaving many warships behind. They were captured by the Dawn Kingdom after their engines were destroyed.

Now, General Grievous has brought out all of these warships! The warships still bear the Imperial insignia, but in the IFF (Identification Friend or Foe) system, they have been marked as "enemy ships"!
"Damn it! Damn it!" Lieutenant General Ramon shouted, "Quickly! Call for reinforcements! Tell them we've been attacked by the main force of the separatists! Now!"

He immediately ordered his troops to deploy in a defensive formation and return fire. (End of Chapter)
