Chapter 699: Forced Binding

"Go! Go! Go."

The security guard picked up a stick and started yelling at people while hitting the bushes along the road with it.

When he reached the blind spot by the window of the security booth, Ai Liang moved.

Snapped!
Ai Liang covered his mouth and nose with a handkerchief soaked in sevoflurane, while simultaneously using her hypnotic abilities to suggest something.

With both methods employed, the security guard's eyes rolled back and he fainted, remaining unconscious for the next few hours.

Ai Liang gently laid the person down and dragged them into the bushes, continuing to wait for the right opportunity.

"What's wrong? Why are you so quiet? Trying to scare me?"

Another security guard, who noticed there was no movement outside, shouted through the window.

Ai Liang retrieved the voice of the drugged security guard from her memory bank, then whispered a test: "Ah, ah, um, ha, ah..."

"What are you yelling about? Come back here when you're done."

"Screw you, my phone fell into the woods, come help me find it." Ai Liang said, waving a flashlight and imitating the voice of a security guard who had fainted.

The security guard in the guard booth picked up a flashlight and walked towards Ai Liang: "So what if you lost your phone? Why are you yelling like that? I thought you really saw a ghost."

"You've only walked a few steps, and you're looking for your phone in such a tiny place..."

Just as the light was about to shine on Ai Liang, she suddenly turned around and shone the flashlight she had picked up into the other person's eyes.

The latter quickly raised his hand to cover his face: "Damn it! What are you doing! Waaah..."

Ai Liang succeeded again, using the same method to drug the security guard.

Ai Liang removed the walkie-talkies from them, entered the security booth, took the remote control for the vehicle barrier from the table, and checked the resort's surveillance cameras.

Unfortunately, the surveillance cameras in the security booth only cover the outer perimeter; the resort's interior uses a separate surveillance system.

After turning off the security camera at the entrance, Ai Liang stood under the streetlight and waved in Pan Junyuan's direction.

Soon, a dilapidated secondhand car drove up.

"Are we just going to leave them there and not do anything with them?"

Looking at the two unconscious men on the ground, Pan Junyuan suggested, "Why don't we tie them up? That way, we won't alert them if they wake up."

Ai Liang didn't want to waste time on these two, so she made up an excuse to brush them off: "No need, the anesthetic works better than you think, they won't wake up for a while."

Seeing that Ai Liang insisted, Pan Junyuan, who knew who the main force was, stopped talking and gave the driver's seat to Ai Liang. The two of them officially entered the resort along the winding mountain road.

Finally, Ai Liang stopped the car diagonally opposite the only villa in the resort that was lit up.

The Toyosaki Group is currently facing attacks from all sides of society, and under such circumstances, people within the group obviously have no time to come on vacation.

Ai Liang and Pan Junyuan easily found a villa where people lived.

Staying up late is commonplace for these people; they definitely won't sleep until after midnight.

Pan Junyuan was worried that the people in the security booth would wake up, and he was clearly anxious.

"What should we do? We can't see what's going on inside from here, and we don't know how many people are there."

Pan Junyuan put down his binoculars and anxiously bit his thumb: "How about I drive around and make a commotion to lure them out, and you, Hermit, take the opportunity to go in and knock Zhao Xingsheng unconscious?"

Ai Liang was holding her breath, listening intently to the sounds coming from inside the villa: "If you drive to distract them, how are we going to escape later? We only have one car."

"Then let's set it on fire!"

Pan Junyuan gritted his teeth: "It hasn't rained for the past few days, and there are dry branches and leaves everywhere on the mountain that can be used to start a fire. I don't believe they won't come out in this situation!"

They falsely accused me of setting fire to my own house, so I'll set it on fire and show them!

When the topic of fire came up, Pan Junyuan became unusually agitated.

Ai Liang was startled by Pan Junyuan's idea.

Setting fire in this desolate wilderness would likely burn the entire mountain down.

However, although the approach was a bit extreme, it was very reasonable.

Because the entire mountain belongs to the Toyosaki Group, and the nearest town is several kilometers away, there's no need to worry about innocent people getting hurt. 'Hahaha! This suggestion suits my taste. Anyway, there are no outsiders here. As far as you're concerned, it's your own fault the villains burned to death. Give it a try! Aren't you curious about what it would be like to see a mountain on fire?'

Well, another lawless tyrant.

'Shut up. ’

Ai Liang mentally scolded An Liang, then rejected Pan Junyuan's plan: "There's no need. They won't rush over to put out the fire once they realize it. A wildfire is not something those few people in the villa can put out."

They would definitely call the Toyosaki Group immediately and then move Zhao Xingsheng, since Zhao Xingsheng is currently in a state of hiding and they can't possibly meet with the fire department.

"Then what do we do?" Pan Junyuan asked.

Ai Liang pulled the pistol out of its holster and checked the ammunition. This check was for Pan Junyuan to see; he wouldn't need the pistol to deal with the people inside.

"Go in and deal with them. After I enter the villa, drive the car to the gate and wait for me to bring Zhao Xingsheng out."

"I'll rush in with you!"

Pan Junyuan quickly replied.

“We don’t even know how many people are inside. If they’re all armed, I can at least help share some of the firepower.”

"It's better not to come with me. I'm not trying to belittle you, but you'll only get in the way if you go in with me. Someone who's hardly ever handled a gun is more dangerous than the enemy when he's holding one."

Ai Liang certainly wouldn't let Pan Junyuan follow her.

He can completely ignore the threat of firearms, but Pan Junyuan cannot.

There weren't many people guarding Zhao Xingsheng. Ai Liang determined by listening to the sounds that there were only three people in the villa, including Zhao Xingsheng.

He could easily finish the job quickly by going in alone.

Ai Liang pointed to a spot for Pan Junyuan, indicating that he should park the car there.

As for Ai Liang herself, she crossed the wall and came to the front garden of the villa.

After a long period of deformation training, Ai Liang can now capture many radio waves and sounds that are invisible and inaudible to humans, such as the radio waves emitted when electronic devices are in operation.

However, when observing these things from a human perspective, Ai Liang's experience was just like that of an ordinary person who had eaten mushrooms—extremely uncomfortable.

Only by simultaneously modifying all the body's organs through mimicry can one use these abilities without any pressure.

Ai Liang certainly wouldn't waste this time mimicking others. After confirming the locations of several surveillance cameras, he suppressed all his senses to normal levels.

Taking advantage of the darkness and the cover of the bushes in the courtyard, Ai Liang circled around to the west side of the villa.

The guards responsible for watching over Zhao Xingsheng were in the side hall on the east side, and Zhao Xingsheng's room was also directly above on the east side.

In order not to alert the two guards, Ai Liang deliberately took a longer route.

When a person possesses superhuman strength, many troubles cease to be troubles.

Want to go to the second floor of the villa? There's no need to force your way in and take the stairs; just jump from the ground floor to the second-floor balcony.

Ai Liang used a glass cutter to make a semi-circular notch, reached in and turned on the French window switch, easily sneaking into the second floor of the villa.

Ai Liang arrived at Zhao Xingsheng's room door with practiced ease and knocked.

"what's up?"

A hoarse voice came from inside the door, and then the door opened shortly afterward.

"What is it... Waaah!"

Ai Liang didn't waste any words with him and directly offered him a handkerchief.

Ai Liang closed the door, carried the unconscious Zhao Xingsheng back the way they came, without disturbing the two people downstairs.

Based on this group's schedule, it would be noon the next day by the time they discovered Zhao Xingsheng was missing, or the two security guards would wake them up earlier.

By then, the old, beat-up car that Ai Liang and the others were driving would probably have been disposed of.

"Go to the back seat and keep an eye on him. I'll drive the car."

Ai Liang tossed Zhao Xingsheng into the back seat of the car, got into the driver's seat, started the car, and drove off.
