Bringing a System to the Beast World

Chapter 10 Unidentifiable

Chapter 10 Unidentifiable
After saying that, the two pushed each other and disappeared into the cave like a gust of wind.

She tightened the grass vine around her waist and reached out to pick up the dark, round ball that the woman had left behind.

"What is this?"

It feels soft to the touch and looks black from a distance, but once you hold it in your hand, you'll find that it also has some green in it.

She hesitated for a moment, then picked up the dark, round dumpling and brought it close to her nose. A faint, fresh plant scent wafted out.

"So, this thing is actually made of plants?"

Looking at the food in her hand, Wu Yue swallowed hard, broke off a small piece and put it in her mouth. The black dumpling didn't taste very good; it must have been made by the Snow Tiger Tribe by crushing and kneading wild vegetables together.

However, at times like these, filling one's stomach is more important than anything else.

In the original owner's memory, their small tribe never had enough to eat, especially during times of food shortage.

A few people starving to death is a minor matter.

"System, identify the food." These vegetable dumplings should be considered a type of food, and there seems to be more than one kind. They should be able to accumulate some energy.

However, reality is always so cruel, and a cold voice echoed in my mind: "Unable to identify."

Wu Yue looked at the vegetable dumpling in her hand in confusion and asked the system, "Why? Isn't this food?"

But to her disappointment, this temporary system clearly lacked the high intelligence of the system itself. Faced with her question, it had only one answer: "Unable to identify."

Wu Yue: "."

Tongzi, although we only spent less than a day together, my longing for you is as boundless as the surging river, as unstoppable as the Yellow River bursting its banks.

Right now, all I want to do is sing you a song: Come back soon~ I can't bear this alone~
Silently swallowing her complaints about the temporary system, Wu Yue resignedly picked up a vegetable dumpling and started munching on it. After eating and drinking her fill, Wu Yue, unable to accept running naked, once again picked up the straw mat beside her and began weaving.

With the morning practice, my knitting speed was significantly faster in the afternoon.

When the two women came to deliver dinner, Wu Yue already had enough straw mat in her hands to make a short skirt and a tube top.

"Can you go out to collect tomorrow?" The slightly stout woman frowned as she looked at Wu Yue.

After thinking for a moment, Wu Yue nodded: "Yes, I feel much better now."

The burly woman breathed a sigh of relief, her gaze softening as she looked at her: "The tribe will only provide you with three days' worth of food. If you can't go and gather, you'll have nothing to eat after tomorrow."

Wu Yue smiled and nodded: "Thank you for reminding me. My name is Wu Yue. What's yours?"

The stout woman handed her the vegetable dumplings: "My name is Qinghua."

The slightly thinner woman next to Wu Yue smiled shyly and said, "My name is Qingcao."

Wu Yue nodded seriously to indicate that she had noted it down: "When is the collection tomorrow? Where do we meet?"

Qinghua pointed to the open space not far from the cave: "The gathering team and the hunting team set off together and will meet at dawn, so you need to get up early."

"You don't belong to the tribe's gathering team; if you just go along, half of the food you gather will be given to the tribe, and the rest will be yours."

Wu Yue's eyes lit up. Such a good thing? She had thought that all the harvest belonged to the tribe.
