Bringing a System to the Beast World

Chapter 46, Part 46: The True Face of the Female

Chapter 46, Part 46: The True Face of the Female
The two tigers' round ears twitched, and then they both showed expressions of surprise, their mouths wide open: "It really is a woman's voice, roar roar roar!"

Seeing the two tigers running wildly ahead, Yuan Lang silently followed suit and hid behind his adoptive father, but the huge, snow-white tiger's head quietly peeked out.

Nothing much, I'm just curious what kind of expression those two guys will have when they see this so-called 'woman' here.

As the two tigers, one walking in the same direction, rushed towards the entrance of the tribe, the cheers of the tribespeople paused.

Teng Qian and Teng Kun slid face-first to the front of the clansmen, looking at the uniformly robust and dark-skinned figures before them.
Well, it was pretty sudden.
They exchanged a glance, and the two enormous tiger heads pressed together: "Brother, how come we can only hear a woman's voice but not see her?"

Teng Kun shook his head, bewildered: "I don't know."

The two big tigers cast resentful, cold glances at the tribespeople returning with them. Weren't there supposed to be many females in the tribe?
Where are the females?!

"Aww!!! You two little rascals, you're finally back! Do you know how worried I was about you? What if you had died out there?"

If you get eaten by a ferocious beast, you won't even find a bone. And what if you encounter a brutal tribe...blah blah blah."

When Teng Qian and Teng Kun were hugged by a burly 'orc' named Am, they were dumbfounded. Could this person be the original owner's good friend from the past?

The way Wu Yue looked at the old woman was downright horrifying.

What kind of family is this? Not only did they raise two tigers who walk in opposite directions, but the first thing the grandmother did when her son came home was to list out the 108 ways she had planned for him to die.

Teng Qian struggled to peek out from the 'orc's' embrace, cautiously looking at the other person: "You are... Awooo!!!"

Before he could finish speaking, a large white paw pressed down on his head: "Grandma, when the two of them returned to the tribe, they covered the retreat with me and were injured in the brain by a ferocious beast. They don't remember anything anymore."

The old woman was stunned for a moment before she asked, "You didn't hurt your claws or anything, did you?" Yuan Lang's tiger mouth twitched. "No, I just don't remember anything from before."

Grandma waved her hand cheerfully: "As long as it doesn't interfere with the hunting, it's fine. Anyway, they didn't remember anything useful before."

Wu Yue: "."

Grandma, you really have a positive outlook!
Teng Qian furtively raised his head to look at his general: "Um... Yuan Lang, who is this?"

Tengkun, standing to the side, also obediently squatted like a cat, nodding his huge head; he wanted to know too.

Yuan Lang revealed a mocking smile: "She is your mother."

"Ah Amu???"

"Yuan Lang must be lying to us!!!"

The female grandmother punched each of them: "You two brats have gotten all tough after coming back from trading salt, huh? You don't even recognize your own mother anymore."

The two beasts looked at Yuan Lang, whose furry face remained calm, with disillusionment and accusatory eyes.

So, was the reason why the general was so calm and composed when talking about females?
Looking around at the tribespeople, he finally spotted the females; those with noticeably more developed pectoral muscles were the females.
Woohoo~
The two tigers first looked utterly disillusioned, then adopted expressions of profound grief, which amused Wu Yue, who was standing nearby.

That tiger with the wrong leg has such a rich array of expressions!
