The Dharma Sea of the Green Snake

Chapter 33 You and I are both sinners

Chapter 33 You and I are both sinners

"This is a big trouble."

As a huge amount of earthly evil energy poured into Pei Wende's body, scale-like structures began to grow on the surface of his skin - that was a symptom of being infected by the earth's evil energy.

In the next second, the awakened "Earth Dragon" suddenly manifested its true posture under the influence of evil spirits.

hold head high!
Standing in the sky overlooking the earth, a giant dragon transformed from invisible air seemed to be about to take off, roaring in a posture of looking up to the sky and roaring.

The mountains and rivers are his body, the vegetation is his scales, and the Mulian Temple is the "Dragon Ball" under his jaw...

hold head high!
Such a huge change in weather and mountains naturally attracted the attention of all knowledgeable people in the Tanzhou area.

At this moment, those ordinary people who have practiced the technique of Feng Shui, or the practitioners who have sensed the change in their vitality, all have a word in their minds—earth dragon turn over.

In Feng Shui, the dragon veins hidden underground are often called "earth dragons".

The so-called "earth dragon turning over" actually refers to the sudden change of these earth veins due to some kind of stimulation, which in turn produces local large-scale earthquakes.

In the courtyard of the east wing of Mulian Temple.

"..."

After Huiji was irradiated by the light of Bodhi Buddha, the only tiger with the ability to move was staring in the direction of the front yard.

Those sharp eyes seemed to see Pei Wende who caused all these "mutations" through the barriers.

It's just that the Tiger's gaze didn't last long, and he concentrated all his energy on Li Yanran who was still in a coma.

Maybe it was thanks to the protection of the tiger, or maybe Li Yanran didn't have too many sins...

The Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's appearance that Huiji manifested with the light of Bodhi Buddha did not cause her much harm, and the other party did not even show any signs of having a nightmare.

"I hate..."

At this moment, Li Lifu, who was also radiated by Bodhi Buddha's light, made a voice.

The carefully crafted "thousand-faced painted skin" has been broken into pieces, and the evil spirits that were originally imprisoned in the painted skin have passed away under the light of the Buddha.

Only Li Lifu, who was still full of hatred in his heart, forcibly survived the fiery but short-lived Buddha's light, leaving a little residual will roaring in the painted skin.

"Why...why didn't you go to hell with me!"

The intermittent voice was full of indescribable grief and indignation, Li Lifu knew that the time left for him was running out, but he was not reconciled.

Obviously all the hardships I have suffered were brought to me by the tiger, why should the other party still linger in the world, but I will fall into hell forever.

In terms of sins, whether it is concocting painted skins, imprisoning evil spirits, or eating blood, it is just a poor imitation of the tiger.

In comparison, the number of tigers, whether it is the number of cannibals or the number of ghosts, is far beyond what I don't know how many times.

But why is it able to resist the Buddha's light of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, but it is going to be reborn by itself.

"Roar!"

Slowly lowering his head, from Li Lifu's perspective, the current tiger actually showed a little kindness in the form of a tiger.

This strange sense of disobedience made Li Lifu even more indignant, and he refused to accept the "partiality" of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva.

"why!?"

"Why are you as bloodthirsty as you, but you can live a peaceful life for 20 years despite my identity!"

"In the end, even when he died, he was pitied by Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, leaving a trace of his soul to be reincarnated!"

Faced with Li Lifu's questioning, the tiger who had turned into a giant tiger with a white forehead turned into a human again.

And this time, he no longer disguised himself as a human being by painting a skin, but actually refined the horizontal bones, reshaped the meridians, and completed the transformation that truly belonged to a monster—transfiguration.

"Amitabha!"

Sitting cross-legged and meditating like a real eminent monk, the tiger who reappeared in human form spoke with his own voice for the first time.

It is a solemn but not lacking in compassion voice, and it is also the Sanskrit sound touched by Tiger's perception of his life experience.

"The Buddha said, put down the butcher's knife and become a Buddha immediately."

"But I know that it doesn't mean that we let go of our past experiences, but that we let go of our killing intent at that time."

"Becoming a Buddha is not a ritual detachment or spiritual liberation, but to always remember your past sins and take them as a warning in your future life."

"When I was young, I was captured by human hunters and whipped by theater children."

"So when I regained my freedom, I began to take revenge on human beings, and turned human children into livestock and sold them to their parents, so that they could also taste the pain of whipping."

Tiger did not deny his past, he just hoped that at the last moment of his life, he could redeem some of the sins he had committed during his lifetime.

"Now you are the same as I used to be, indulging in hatred and delusion, but let yourself struggle and sink in pain."

Speaking of this, the tiger suddenly laughed, so sad and painful.

"You think Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva let me go, how do you know that every moment now is torture for me?"

"If I hadn't taken human form, if I hadn't had humanity..."

"These 20 years of experience are just a game to me."

"Anyway, I have replaced so many human identities before, and I don't care about replacing one more."

"However, God just made a joke for me..."

"A tiger that eats countless people and hates humans has accidentally acquired human nature, and has also witnessed its past sins as a human being."

The tiger doesn't know if this is God's punishment for him.

If it is true, he can only say that God really favors human beings too much.

Humans don't have to bear any psychological burden for slaughtering the creatures in the mountains, but they have to bear everything today when they eat humans.

The kind of annoyance and remorse from the heart is definitely not comparable to any physical punishment.

"All the evil karma I have done in the past are all caused by beginningless greed, hatred and ignorance; I repent of everything that has arisen from my body, speech and mind."

Accompanied by Tiger's low and compassionate voice of chanting, an inner alchemy as round as a jewel spit out from his mouth, and then gently floated to Li Yanran's chest.

"You and I are both sinners, and we should go to hell together."

"But Lan'er and Yanran are innocent, I only wish them peace and happiness in this life."

Before the words fell, the tiger's body quickly disintegrated and flew away like dust, and disappeared into the world together with Li Lifu who was stunned in place in an instant.

"Wine and meat have passed through the intestines, the Buddha can't keep it! Hahaha..."
