Only when the five lower knots are exhausted can one obtain Anahan. The 'five lower knots' are: body view, abstinence Acquisition, doubt, lust, greed, hatred. The delusion of the practice of the desire realm has been cut off so far.
In short, the sage who has realized the fruit of Anagam has cut off all the afflictions and delusions of the desire realm, and is no longer infected with the five desires of the desire realm.After death, one will leave the desire realm, ascend to the form realm or the formless realm, and enter Nirvana there, and will never return to the desire realm. Gao Mo nodded, and said: "Arhat fruit means to cut off all illusions and delusions in the desire realm, form realm, and formless realm, so that there is no residue left, and one can obtain the holy fruit of invincibility, and be offered by humans and gods.
This "Arhat" should be read as "Arahant" in Sanskrit, and the free translation should be, should be supplied, should be true, kill thieves, not born, not born, not learned, real person.The killing of thieves here is to kill the thieves of all afflictions, the inanimate means to be liberated from life and death, and to realize Nirvana. To be offered is to be supported by heaven and earth.It is one of the four fruits of the sound and hearing, and one of the ten numbers of Tathagata.In other words, the fruit status of the Tathagata is also an Arhat. Gao Mo thought for a while, and said: "According to Theravada, one who attains Arhatship may not immediately enter 'Nirvana', and the 'Arhat' before that will still live in the world for a period of time. You see, as long as you can be recognized by them as 'certified arhat', then from now on you can do whatever you want, anyway, it's all right - because as long as one sentence 'arhat' cannot be defined ', just explain everything, this reason is simply invincible. Will he definitely do good deeds and do good deeds?No, because there is no good or bad in his heart.He may not break the precepts, but he is not attached to keeping them either.He may be addicted to sensuality, but his heart is always like a mirror.He has no worries, but enjoys the beauty of the world.He has no nostalgia, but he will still do everything with joy.He doesn't care about what other people say, but he may not be able to argue or quarrel with others.
There are too many, too many to talk about. In short, everything about an arhat is so natural.Gao Yushi and Liu Xin describe this state as "ordinary people", isn't it just doing whatever they want?
