Chapter 2458 Main Text
Chapter 2363 of the main text

Jin Huyue looked at me with a smile. He didn't say anything, but he thought it was nice that I brought up my good memories of my childhood in the mortal world.

I said I'd continue talking about playing Pokémon Coins on a low-spec console. As I write this, based on save time, I've already played over thirty hours of that game, making it the single-player game I've spent the most time on in recent years.

That game is very difficult. There are no cheat codes; you rely entirely on winning battles to gain experience and level up. You'll often be unable to defeat certain trainers, and in the early to mid-game, you'll get stuck on some levels, requiring multiple attempts to clear them. If your main six Pokémon are defeated, they will return to a nearby Pokémon Center to restore their energy and normal condition, allowing you to start over.

If we include unsaved time, I've played that game for over forty hours, averaging two to three hours a day, which would take about half a month.

The Pokémon Coin Love Game featured Arceus as its cover Pokémon and was called Dark Rising. It was supposedly a Pokémon you could catch in the main storyline. Since I didn't use a guide, there were no cheat codes or cheat codes on the game, and the console didn't have any. There were no save/load, no return/exit functions, and no speed adjustment; it played at normal speed. In that game, you leveled up entirely through battle experience. I didn't know the exact locations of some rare legendary Pokémon; I just encountered them one by one. Arceus, as the creator god of the Pokémon world, held an extremely high position in that anime and game world. Among the generations of legendary Pokémon like Time, Space, and Anti-World, it was already a top-tier legendary Pokémon. It was said that you could only catch it with a Master Ball, which was guaranteed to catch wild Pokémon, ignoring other balls. Even if you fought it to the point of struggle, it would damage itself, gradually reducing its HP, and you still wouldn't be able to catch it. Perhaps, by poisoning it to low HP and repeatedly reloading saves, you could catch it with other types of balls. Different versions might have different settings.

In the old Endeavor platform, there were ways to modify the location and directly catch Arceus's Pokémon with a Master Ball. There were also ways to modify the Pokémon's ID, encountering lower-level Pokémon and slowly training them, potentially making them stronger than directly caught Pokémon. Not counting later Pokémon, that Pokémon already had the highest base stats, a powerful Pokémon with the ability to create. Holding a type-specific plate granted immunity to the corresponding damage. Pokémon have many types, some with type advantages, allowing for double or quadruple damage output. There was an animated movie featuring legendary Pokémon from the Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum generations, with Arceus's arrival. At the end of the movie, the creator Pokémon acknowledged themselves as a member of the world and a part of it. That animated world had its good points; Ash and his Pikachu, along with their friends and allies, explored and maintained that animated game world.
