Chapter 950, Section 945: Pure Joy (Superman Still)

Although Marne remained unmoved, the Prince of Bliss showed no sign of discouragement or impatience, and the admiration in his eyes showed no sign of fading.

"This is my business card. If you change your mind, just give me a call and I'll take care of everything."

As he said this, he quickly handed the business card to Marne, even taking the opportunity to touch his hand, but his movements were unusually swift, as if he were in a hurry...

Then, Marne saw a burly figure walking towards them from a distance.

Suer, who had just greeted the sea god, was walking over here, his eyes fixed on Ma En.

After handing over the business card, Prince Bliss slightly lowered his head, quickly passed by Maren, and walked forward, his slender tail gently sweeping over as he went.
"Remember to call me."

Suer's gaze remained fixed on Marne.

Ma En slightly raised his head and looked at the Demon King who was walking towards him with a curious gaze.

What does that mean? A honey trap?
Suer strode heavily toward Marne, and though he was walking, he exuded a terrifying aura like a stampeding elephant.

Snapped.

Suer abruptly stopped in front of Marne, then looked down at him as if he were looking at a tiny insect that he could easily crush.

He slowly said:

What did he just say to you?

Marx and Engels said honestly:

He wanted to invite me to his palace for a visit, but I declined.

Upon hearing this, Suer suddenly squatted down for no apparent reason, which only made his already burly figure even more imposing, like a giant rock about to collapse towards Marne.

Then, he sighed and patted Mar and Engels on the shoulder:

"That guy is really scary, isn't he?"

When Suer said these words, he exuded a melancholy aura completely different from his usual demeanor.

Marne then realized that he had indeed never shown any strong malice:

“I’m just a little unaccustomed to it. The Prince of Bliss is more like a projection of some kind of desire than a living being. It’s not just mine, but also his own, like some kind of incarnation…”

Suer nodded quickly, agreeing wholeheartedly:

"That's right, that guy is the embodiment of desire."

"Don't underestimate him just because he's slender. He has unimaginable and terrifying energy hidden inside. If you really want to do something with him, you'd better be mentally prepared."

He promised that there would be no irreversible damage, and in fact, that was the case.

"But after it's all over, you'll also realize that some things have changed forever. It's not the kind of change you can't accept, but it's the kind of change you can't forget."

"Everyone should be cautious in the face of such changes. Of course, if you ask me whether it's worth it..."

The Demon King smiled as he spoke:

"I will tell you that it is indeed worth it, even worth risking your life for many people. You can't even imagine what it is until you actually experience it."

"That wasn't sex, and it wasn't anything you ever knew."

“It’s something entirely new, something you’ve never had before. Even the term ‘pleasure’ can’t accurately describe it; we just can’t find a more suitable word,” Marne said, somewhat puzzled.
"So you're here to remind me that I need to be mentally prepared if I'm going to do it?"

He had no idea that Suer had squatted down to talk to him about these things.

Suer shook his head, the lingering look on his face gradually fading away:

"No, like I said, this is something I can't forget, so when I saw him invite you, it naturally took over my mind, like some kind of sweet nightmare."

"You can't forget it, and you don't want to give it up. It seems to have transformed into a kind of happiness that can accompany you forever. Even my eternally burning hatred and anger are no longer so fiery and violent because of it."

At this point, his gaze towards Mar and Eng turned completely cold:
"This is how he binds Daenerys and me. It's harmless and non-addictive, something more lasting and genuine than the purest pleasure, so pure that we have no desire to hurt him."

"Of course, unless he crosses a certain line, as I said, this pleasure is completely harmless and therefore cannot be truly controlled, but the Prince of Elysium is also quite dangerous and intelligent. He knows the bottom lines of Daenerys and me, so he never crosses them."

"That means unless he wants to, Daenerys and I will never hurt him."

"This guy is really scary."

Although it was difficult to understand and imagine what that feeling was like, Mar and Eng nodded slightly in agreement:
"That does sound terrifying."

Suer stood up and looked down at the mortal before him once more:

"So you can imagine that if anyone wants to form an alliance with us, we must first establish a close relationship with them that transcends the limitations of the alliance, so that we can have a mutually acceptable one."

"It is not so tight that it restricts one's actions, but it is enough to prevent betrayal from happening."

"This is a far more perfect constraint than a contract."

Hearing this, Maren realized that Prince Elysium was indeed the most important part of this alliance, but he also noticed something interesting:
"But the Prince of Bliss himself was not bound by such constraints."

Suer smiled:
"It seems you still don't understand Hell. Yes, the Prince of Bliss is indeed not bound by us, but you must know that he is a devil. Devil doesn't need to be bound; they will wrap themselves in duct tape."

"Only mindless demons need to be restrained."

Marne made no response to Suer's insults.

He asked instead:
"So this is your goal? You want to form an alliance with me?"

Seeing that Marne understood his meaning, Suer smiled:
"No, it's not that we want to form an alliance with you, we want to invite you to become our companion. I am the demon closest to Hell itself, and one of the few demons who can hear her voice."

“She has her eye on you, Marne.”

This wasn't entirely unexpected for Marne, after all, he had a sister who was a priestess and a sister who had fallen into hell, all of which might make hell think he was worthy of falling.

But is it really worth it?
Mar and Eng looked at each other in confusion:

"Would it be enough to make two princes of hell personally invite me?"

Suer stared directly at Marne, his eyes seeming to see into his very soul:
"That's enough. As long as you accept her summons, you can immediately become the Prince of Hell. In time, you may even become a more powerful and terrifying demon than me. If you agree, I can take you back to Hell now."

"She wants to personally incubate you in the deepest part."

However, Marx and Engels shook their heads:
"Thank you for the invitation, but my answer remains the same: I decline."

No matter what, he could not accept such a condition—being transformed by other reality-distorting forces. Maren was not so arrogant as to think that he could not be controlled by the other party's power.

Even if the creator of hell is dead, this power remains just as dangerous.
