Chapter 23 Cabbage Noodles
Lei Yunsheng was awakened with a start, and his smiling face was instantly cold.

When he saw that it was Li Hai, he calmed down.

He tugged at the quilt that was being held down by Li Hai, but unfortunately he didn't get it out at all.

He sighed helplessly, "Can you let me go, I won't exercise, I just want to sleep now."

Li Hai lifted his quilt as if he didn't hear what he said.

Before he got angry, he quickly said something that could save his life, "Get up and wash your face and brush your teeth, Yunsu is making breakfast."

Sure enough, as soon as he finished speaking, instead of getting angry, Lei Yunsheng got out of bed immediately, and ran straight to the bathroom without his shoes on.

Li Hai smiled, he left even faster than Lei Yunsheng went to the bathroom just now.

He got up early to exercise. After exercising for so long, his body was covered in stinky sweat. He wanted to go back to his room to take a shower, and then enjoy today's breakfast.

Downstairs, Yunsu was already busy.

When I saw the vegetable garden, I thought of countless ways.

In all the practices, I chose the one I want to eat the most at present.

That is cabbage noodles.

Yunsu took out an appropriate amount of flour and sprinkled a little salt in the flour.

This is her exclusive secret recipe, in order to make the noodles more chewy.

She held a bowl of water in one hand and chopsticks in the other.

Stirring while pouring water into the basin, when all the dry flour turned into fluff, she put down the bowl and chopsticks and kneaded the fluff vigorously.

All the flour wadding gradually stuck together under her hands, and it turned into a fat and smooth dough in a short while.

She put the dough back into the basin, covered the dough with a bowl, and let the dough rest to allow the water in the dough to fully blend with the flour particles.

While waking up, Yunsu was not idle either.

She cut the whole cabbage down the middle and divided it into two equal parts.

Remove the yellow cabbage core and set aside.

Cut the two halves of the cabbage in half and cut off the part with more leaves.

The rest of the cabbage clapper was put together with the cabbage core.

She rinsed all the cabbage, piece by piece.

The cabbage clapper and the bright yellow cabbage core are cut into thin shreds, and some salt is evenly sprinkled on it, in order to kill the moisture in the cabbage.

After doing these, the dough has also risen.

In her hands, the dough quickly turned into a giant pie crust.

Yunsu evenly sprinkled dry flour on the crust, then folded the crust upside down and cut it into noodles about five millimeters in length.

She stretched out her hands to pinch all the noodles, lifted and shook off the dry flour.

Before handling the dough, she boiled two pots of water.

At this moment, she shook the noodles and the water boiled.

She dropped the noodles into the tumbling hot water and quickly separated them with chopsticks.

After making sure the noodles wouldn't stick together, she added the cabbage leaves to another pot.

In just a few seconds, she fished out the cabbage.

She put the cabbage in the empty bowl and found another empty bowl.

Add a few drops of cooking oil, half a spoonful of sugar, half a spoonful of vinegar, an appropriate amount of soy sauce, a little salt, and a lot of minced garlic to the empty bowl.

She heated up the pan, poured in an appropriate amount of oil, and continued to heat.

While the oil was heating, the noodle pot next to it boiled again. She poured cold water around the side of the pot, and when the noodles boiled again, they could come out of the pot.

When the oil pan started to smoke, Yunsu turned off the fire and poured hot oil into the sauce that he had just prepared.

Zi la la, the rich garlic fragrance fills the whole kitchen.

She put the blanched cabbage into the soup to make it fully blend with the soup.

Then wash the cabbage that has been salted before, squeeze out the excess water, add an appropriate amount of vinegar and sugar, and a refreshing side dish is ready.

Bring the noodle pot to a boil again and turn off the heat.

Yunsu put the noodles into the cold water that had been prepared earlier.

After passing through the cold water twice, she put the noodles into small bowls, spread the cabbage leaves on the noodles, and finally poured the soup into each bowl.

The white noodles are covered with emerald green cabbage, the cabbage is mixed with burnt minced garlic, and the soup is dripping with oil.

Lei Yunsheng and Li Hai ran to the dining table in three steps and two steps in parallel. They closed their eyes and took a deep breath, "It smells so good."

Yunsu put the sweet and sour cabbage on the table, wiped the sweat from his brow, and sat down, "Let's eat."

I don't know if it was Lei Yunsheng's illusion, but he felt that this bowl of cabbage noodles smelled even better after Yunsu came over.

Yunsu used chopsticks to stir the noodles apart so that the noodles filled the soup.

Picking up a chopstick of noodles and putting them in his mouth, Yunsu narrowed his eyes in satisfaction.

Just one word, fragrant!

The noodles are firm and smooth, moderately soft and hard, the cabbage is crispy, and the soup is oily and not greasy, not bad.

Taking another bite of cold cabbage, Yunsu nodded, "There's still a little water in it, next time I kill it a little longer, it will taste even better."

Lei Yunsheng and Li Hai only cared about eating, listening to Yunsu's words, they just gave a perfunctory hum.

For a while, the restaurant only had the sound of sucking noodles.

After eating, Lei Yunsheng and Li Hai drank up all the soup in the bowl.

The two burped contentedly, and the burping didn't stop, but they said, "Is there anything else, I'm not full, burp~"

Yunsu gave the two of them a blank look, "If you two don't hiccup, I might still believe you when you say you haven't eaten enough."

She has met such diners before, and they are obviously full, so she insists that she is not full.

That posture, don't give up until you support yourself.

Of course she can't let others eat regardless of their health. A gentleman loves money and gets it in a proper way. She is a good person!
Mainly, if one person is killed, wouldn't she have one less diner?
Therefore, in order to achieve sustainable development, they should not be allowed to eat too much.

After Yunsu said that, the two of them closed their mouths in a tacit understanding, for fear that they would hiccup again.

They really overestimated themselves, and instead of stopping the hiccups, they got worse.

Yunsu smiled, "You two tidy up the dishes and wipe the table, I'm going out."

"What are you going to do?" Lei Yunsheng and Li Hai asked.

"There are other necessary documents to apply for a business license."

The two stood up, and Lei Yunsheng suggested, "Shall we take you there?"

Yun Su raised the key in Yang's hand, "No need, I just went for a drive in my car."

"Stop talking, see you later."

Lei Yunsheng and Li Hai felt a little sad when they saw Yunsu leaving, especially Lei Yunsheng, "It looks like I should have nothing to eat at noon today."

Li Hai pointed to the plate on the dining table, "There are still some cold cabbage left, I won't snatch this from you, save it for lunch."

Lei Yunsheng stared at Li Hai, gritted his teeth and said, "Thank you."

Li Hai patted him on the shoulder, "You're welcome, this is what I should do."
