"Xiao Shuozhen's family is not rich, so why do you want to make a pure iron Buddha statue?"

"I can't understand it either, but there must be something wrong with this Maitreya Buddha."

Listening to what the villager said, Li Yi'an laughed and said, "Buddhas also know evil ways?"

"You don't know about Li Zhan. When this Buddha statue was enshrined in Lao Chen's house, it was always placed upside down!"

Sitting upside down does not mean sitting upside down, or sitting upside down. It means that the Buddha statue is not in the middle of the hall, but sits upside down on the back wall, facing south and north, which is inconsistent with the layout of the room.

Although the offerings in ordinary people's homes are not as solemn as those in Buddhist temples, the specific requirements are similar, and the rules must be followed.

I don't know what is the significance of the Buddha statues they enshrine. How does Maitreya lament all living beings and refuse to turn back?

Maitreya Buddha, who lived in the same era as Sakyamuni Buddha, is also called the future Buddha, and he is the Buddha of Shakya Tathagata.
