Xichang steel goose is rich in nutrients, with a tender texture and delicious taste. Tests by the Academy of Agricultural Sciences have found that its protein content is 1% to 4% higher than that of ordinary goose meat, its total amino acid content is 1% higher than that of ordinary goose meat, its fat content is 1% to 3% higher than that of ordinary goose meat, but its cholesterol content is surprisingly low, being 2% to 4% lower than that of ordinary goose meat.
In other words, this goose meat is more fragrant, flavorful, and savory than regular goose meat, and most importantly, it is more nutritious.
