"You've been hiding in this universe for so long, and Lucifer has never noticed? Judging from his reaction, he's never even seen you before?" Robert asked Jehovah with a puzzled look.

“He has indeed never seen me, or rather, I only exist in his memory, and even the version of me in his memory is false,” Jehovah nodded, speaking frankly.

Life is full of double standards; there are things you can do to others, but things others do to you are intolerable.

It is important to understand that each multiverse-level being is unique, and the being that ascends to the multiverse-level will replace the consciousness of all variants.

However, if this multiverse-level being eventually perishes, even if a new multiverse-level powerhouse is born from its variants, it will not be the same consciousness as the previous multiverse-level powerhouse, but rather a similar but completely different individual.

The difference between them is just as significant as the difference between the normal variants.

Therefore, no powerful being in the multiverse would accept their consciousness becoming another version of themselves. Sometimes, they would rather die than leave behind enough resources to return.

Otherwise, given the multiverse's many years of development and the existence of timelines before it, the number of multiverse-level powerhouses within this multiverse shouldn't be so small.

At least as Lucifer thought when he faced Robert, even if the DC Universe was defeated, there should still be a large number of multiverse-level powerhouses returning one after another.

“You’re right. I’ve never been omniscient or omnipotent. Even back in the DC Universe, I wasn’t omniscient or omnipotent,” Jehovah said with a touch of emotion, as if recalling something.

"Especially for some reason, perhaps too many people don't want to separate the American comic book universe, perhaps too many people can't distinguish between the DC universe and the Marvel universe, or perhaps the two universes themselves have many things in common, even similar rules and abilities..."
