Lao Yang gestured for Wu Xiaoxie to follow him down the pit. Wu Xiaoxie thought about it for a moment and figured it should be feasible. He guessed that Lao Yang had probably fallen into the pit and then climbed up the bronze chain himself.

There are unknown dangers lurking above, so the only option now is to go down.

The actual coffin containing the body should be directly below it, but it is unknown how deep this coffin well is.

After climbing for a while, Lao Yang noticed that Wu Xiaoxie wasn't following, so he stopped and shone his flashlight upwards to signal him to hurry up and catch up.
