Chapter 64 School starts

Beska Intermediate Academy is also located on Planet 732. It is one of the better intermediate academies in terms of conditions on this planet and even in the surrounding area.

However, the school is not located on the main mainland where Jiang Hui currently lives.

Planet 732 belongs to the terrestrial planet category, where continental landmasses are relatively concentrated. The habitable land is mainly concentrated in one area, with smaller tectonic plates scattered around the main continent. Some areas are uninhabited and rarely visited by humans, while others are privately owned properties, completely closed to the public.

The largest plate on this planet, excluding the main continent, belongs to the education zone, which is also the largest and most concentrated education zone on the entire planet. Several well-known and excellent intermediate academies on Planet 732 are located there, as are many high-quality primary and early childhood education institutions, although they are managed separately from the intermediate academies.

Therefore, if Jiang Hui wants to go to school, she must take an airship and cross the ocean to another region.

However, these airships are quite fast, even faster than city buses. Jiang Hui traveled directly from his residential area on the Fourth Ring Road to the area where the Beska Intermediate Academy is located in about three weeks, taking both a car and an airship. Otherwise, Jiang Hui might have had to arrive at the academy earlier and wait there.

As Jiang Hui disembarked from the flying boat, he saw a landscape completely different from that of the main mainland.

This region is called the Kalka State, and its area is only about one-tenth the size of the main continent. Compared to the main continent, which has been developed by interstellar people into highly habitable technological cities, this region is closer to the original state of the planet.

Although this place doesn't have the abundant sunshine of Earth, it still has plenty of plants, water, and air. The water and air are naturally the same as on Earth, and even if they were different, Jiang Hui's interstellar body probably wouldn't detect anything unusual.

The plants here are completely different from those on Blue Star. Most of the plants here are predominantly reddish-brown, with very few green plants, and even those that are present are mostly transplanted from the capital planet. In fact, the native plants of Planet 732 are all reddish-brown.

Moreover, the plants here are mostly very tall; there are hardly any small grasses or bushes. Even the shrubs are at least as tall as a person. The trees are even taller, reaching ten or twenty meters, which is quite common on the mainland.

Fortunately, this place only retains the planet's relatively original appearance, and is not completely in its original state. So, for the sake of aesthetics, some minor trimming and adjustments have been made, and the scenery here is still quite comfortable at first glance.

After Jiang Hui disembarked from the airship, she waited for an opportunity in the waiting area and hailed an airship that would take her directly to Beska Intermediate Academy.

She had actually used navigation, and the college didn't seem too far away. But since she was unfamiliar with the area, Jiang Hui thought it best not to make a fuss. She wanted to get everything sorted out as quickly as possible on her first day of registration.

So she boarded the airship and arrived at the academy in less than five minutes.

Jiang Hui landed and looked at the rather magnificent gate of Beska Intermediate Academy, feeling quite complicated.

I can't believe it! She really went back to school after a period of retraining.

Moreover, they come to school empty-handed, as if they're on a vacation.

Fortunately, Jiang Hui discovered that the middle school students here were much more independent than their peers on the neighboring Blue Star. People came and went at the entrance, but she rarely saw anyone with their parents; most, like Jiang Hui, came to the academy empty-handed.

Today is the first day of registration for the new semester, and most of the people at the gate are freshmen like Jiang Hui. So she didn't need to ask for directions much; she could just follow the flow of people to the reception area. The registration process is pretty much the same everywhere. Classes and majors have already been assigned, but you still need to personally verify and sign in at the registration area, and you also need to arrange your own accommodation.

However, one special thing is that the college registration was done manually, with students from each class voluntarily signing up to take on the registration work.

Although machines are much more efficient, students still need to interact with their classmates. This approach helps them get to know each other sooner and fosters a more personal connection, rather than facing cold, impersonal machines from the start.

Following the class assigned to her by the system, Jiang Hui found her class's registration area.

The student handling the paperwork for their class was tall, blond, blue-eyed, and fair-skinned—a typical Ovarian. However, her overall demeanor was very serious, a stark contrast to the two friendly-looking students beside her.

Jiang Hui stepped forward to complete the registration process. Then she found that the other person was as cold and aloof as his appearance, speaking in a rigid and formal manner, with a very cold demeanor that made her feel somewhat intimidated.

This student seemed like the kind who wouldn't be easy to get along with. But she was just there to register, so she didn't care whether she was easy to get along with or not, and just did what she was supposed to do.

As for who the other person is... we're all classmates, we'll probably find out sooner or later, there's no rush now.

Jiang Hui calmly gave her name and information, and then went through the identity verification and registration process.

When she arrived to report for duty, the other party remained expressionless and didn't offer any greeting. Jiang Hui naturally saw no need to fawn over them, simply nodding slightly in acknowledgment before focusing on completing the formalities.

However, when the other party was verifying her identity information, they seemed to see something and looked at Jiang Hui with some surprise.

The look in his eyes wasn't exactly complex, but it had a strange quality to it. Jiang Hui didn't know what was so special about the information section that had suddenly caught the other person's attention.

However, the other person was quite well-mannered; their attention didn't last long, and they quickly averted their obviously scrutinizing gaze. They then swiftly processed her registration and completed her student record entry.

Jiang Hui immediately received a communication from the computer, informing her that she had successfully registered at Beska Intermediate Academy and that her student status had been successfully transferred to the academy, wishing her a happy start to the semester, and so on.

Jiang Hui nodded to the other person to express her gratitude, and then asked hesitantly, "Excuse me, do you know where the Academic Affairs Office is? I might need to go there to inquire about some things first."

Actually, she didn't want to trouble the other party. But Jiang Hui had asked a few people on the way, and unfortunately they were all freshmen, even more confused than her, let alone knowing where the academic affairs office was.

There was no one behind her in line at the moment. This young man was in charge of these matters, and she wondered if he might know more about them…
