Chapter 975 7 Outer Dimensions
Chapter 975 Seventeen Outer Dimensions (The Conquest Objectives of the Ivy League War)
Time passed quietly, and seven days had gone by since Xia Xiu contained CR-13.
Within a week, the desolate tunnel deep in the sky has completely changed its appearance.
This place was once the ruins of the mad god's kingdom, the source of chaos from the overflowing fragments of divine essence. Now, the most authoritative force of heaven is gradually transforming this place into an outpost for the mortal realm.
The Courtyard Fleet arrived first, carrying complete STC standard template modules, and constructed temporary spatial nodes and floating settlements within the ring-shaped fragments of the Divine Kingdom Ruins.
Within the floating city, various STC templates began to expand thanks to the blessings of the Iron Crown of the Great Abraham. The prototypes of various automated constructs and military industrial reconstruction bases rose from the ground under the bath of the Iron Crown.
At the same time, the most elite forces of the Mortal Court also arrived.
Of the original nine sons of the courtyard, four came to this place, and one hundred of the three hundred imperial guards of the courtyard were also transferred here.
The warriors of the Bloodsworn Legion then entered as well.
The First Legion of the Mortal Courtyard, a bloodthirsty legion of three thousand men, now has fifteen hundred men stationed here. They will rotate to the front line at any time according to the changes in the battle situation.
They were also the first of Xia Xiu's children (flesh and blood enemies) to be taken in, reformed, and trusted.
Meanwhile, the 50,000 Star Guardians trained by the Valravn Corporation have also arrived.
Gray combat suits, alloy masks, and unnamed serial numbers—this Courtyard Navy, backed by unusual capital, piloted five newly manufactured Sword-class frigates, hovering silently like ghosts outside the desolate sky tunnel.
The most crucial one is the Church of Om Messiah.
It has also been reorganized by the Ommesai and brought under their command.
This branch, which once belonged to the Mechanical Church, has now been restored to loyalty under the name of the God, Om Messiah.
Their apostles, doctrines, technologies, and runes are all integrated into the Mortal Court network, and the elder once hailed as the Mechanical Saint has now answered the call of the new Lord, stepping into the Roaring Void to provide both technological and spiritual support for this unprecedented multidimensional garrison plan.
On the verge of the collapse of the divine kingdom, the mortal courtyard, like a slowly rising steel utopia, gradually compresses the ruins of the mad god into a cold fortress of authority.
Meanwhile, in another dimension, the Golden Court is burning.
The dark flames brought by the Four Sovereigns are sweeping across all realms, and the main god's avatar of the Golden Royal Court was forced to intervene in order to barely contain the disaster outside the borders.
The fact that the Mortal Court had deployed a large number of troops to the Desolate Sky Tunnel at this time had already alerted the Royal Court.
Several powerful deities were keeping a close watch on the movements of the Court Lord. Although the Golden Court was unwilling to confront him directly, they had to admit that they had to send legions to guard the secondary rifts in the myriad worlds and keep a close eye on that unknown but ever-expanding abyss.
Because the Kingdom of Heaven, once again, is exerting its inescapable will upon multiple dimensions.
……
……
The desolate tunnel, the seventeenth plane, the newly built governor's mansion.
This place was originally the site where the divine essence of the Mad God shattered, and its spatial structure was already chaotic. Now, it has been forcibly reshaped by the Mortal Courtyard and forged into a strategic core node.
The newly built governor's mansion is an inverted clock tower structure, standing atop the ruins of the divine kingdom. The tower is constructed of superdimensional metal and emits a low-frequency oscillating holy light.
At the heart of power within the Governor's Office, Xia Xiuzheng sat at a desk, processing confidential letters and agreements from eight unusual capital entities.
All the messages involve the massive flow of astral resources, the transfer of faith property rights, and the redistribution of multidimensional supply chains.
His eyes were focused, and his fingertips traced the screen in the air, constantly sliding, comparing, and correcting.
Beside him, a faint blue figure made of flowing light appeared and disappeared, drifting through the room with his thoughts.
That was a copy of Amond's consciousness, a digital soul image that the Demon King had sealed in the access layer before his death, now wandering around Xia Xiu in the form of a cybernetic undead.
He moved through the room, sometimes appearing on the floating authority crystal, and sometimes swinging like an old clock pendulum within the transparent dome.
The figures blurred and intertwined, like a dream, yet incredibly real.
At this moment, he was standing with great interest at the edge of the circular observation deck of the Quanneng Tower, looking down at the construction site in the distance.
That's the construction site where [Zhujie Construction Co., Ltd.] is currently carrying out its project.
A whole complex of infrastructure, consisting of steel components, faith runes, and living logic pillars, is in operation.
Construction workers, dressed in black and silver work clothes, wearing wide-angle goggles, and with twisted horseshoe or deer hoof structures on their backs, are skillfully operating giant suspended lifting components, assembling individual [World Modulation Module Blocks] into a composite system that can stabilize the foundation.
These workers were patients with odd-toed ungulates who had been marginalized, expelled, and even branded as a cursed species by the old Terran system.
Their bodies were deformed and their bones were crooked, yet under the secularization of heaven and the protection of Xia Xiu, they gained true work and glory.
In their own way, they are establishing a new order for the Kingdom of Heaven, and are gradually forming the most loyal and irreplaceable grassroots pillars under Xia Xiu's rule.
“…These people,” Armand sighed softly. “If this were in our time… odd-toed ungulates wouldn’t even be on the agenda of the Kingdom of Heaven. They would be ‘useless people,’ the marginal effects of structural pollution. No one would think of winning them over, much less grant them any power.”
He paused slightly, his tone carrying a hint of self-deprecation that seemed both sarcastic and tinged with a certain admiration:
"But now, they have become one of your constant, loyal ironclad troops... Truly, times have changed."
After Xia Xiu finished processing an abnormal asset transfer letter, he gently turned off the light screen, raised his head, and looked at the projection of the dead floating under the dome.
His expression was calm, but his tone was firm:
"Unite all forces that can be united; this is what the secularization of the Kingdom of Heaven should truly be about."
Amund did not immediately respond to Xia Xiu's statement, nor did he express any objection or agreement.
For this demon king who once held the position of the decision-maker of the Kingdom of Heaven, so-called idealism and romanticism had long been ingrained in his bones through wars and uncontrolled experiments with civilization.
His worldview has always been based on only one criterion:
—Is it practical? Can it serve humanity?
Therefore, he neither objected to nor enthusiastically supported Xia Xiu's answer. He remained noncommittal, simply placing that set of words into his vast internal system of judgment, setting it aside, marking it, and waiting for verification.
At this moment, however, he changed the subject and finally revealed the issue that truly concerned him.
“After this week…” Armand said slowly, his tone seemingly tinged with the dazed feeling of a long-awaited reunion, “I’ve finally figured out what the situation is like in Terra right now.”
He paused, a smile playing on his lips that was hard to decipher—whether it was a sigh or a sneer.
"I never expected the Four Monarchs to pull off such a charade... They dragged over all the planes of worshipping deities from the outskirts of Terra, like—they're conducting some kind of 'poisonous insect' experiment." Xia Xiu raised an eyebrow, sensing the complex meaning in Amund's tone.
Meanwhile, Armand's projection had already strolled to the edge of the observation dome's projection, raised his hand and lightly swiped in the void, and a projection map unfolded in response, appearing above the entire Hall of Power like a flowing sea of stars.
That is a projection map of the planes of all the heavens and myriad worlds.
Among them, each "world" encased in crystal walls is like a miniature universe trapped in amber, suspended in an amber-colored etheric substance known as phlogiston.
Phosphorus itself, like flowing divine blood, floats slowly in the vast ocean of ether.
"The so-called myriad worlds and planes are, on the surface, a unified large plane, but in reality, they are composed of countless independent worlds pieced together."
Armand reached out and pointed to the slowly rotating crystal bubbles on the image.
“Every world may be just an isolated planet, or it may be a complete galaxy, a civilization belt, or even an entire multidimensional ecological cluster.”
“These worlds are usually isolated from each other and do not interfere with each other. They are all enclosed by their respective crystal walls and float in phlogiston fluid.”
Xia Xiu squinted, gazing at the star charts that moved with the movement of Amund's fingers.
Amund slowly uttered the most crucial sentence:
"And the Four Monarchs... they actually tore apart this entire level of world and dragged it to the Aether Ocean on the outskirts of Terra's main planet."
He sighed softly, a rare seriousness flashing in his eyes:
"They intend to use the plane of faith as bait to stir up all realms and feed the Gu worms with the blood of the gods flowing with faith."
"They want to cultivate a new tool that can be controlled, an entity that can replace the sovereignty of Terra... perhaps not a single entity, but an etheric information hub, a control mechanism that governs all the gods."
"This is simply treating these dimensions like韭菜 (leeks) and harvesting them."
Xia Xiu looked up at the center of the map and replied indifferently:
"The Golden Court doesn't see itself as a lamb to the slaughter; they've always considered themselves chess players."
Upon hearing this, Armand scoffed dismissively, a hint of contempt flashing in his eyes:
"The chessboard is more like it, but the players? Do they even deserve to be called that?"
"These faith-based deities can't accomplish anything significant. Whenever something happens to them, they love to hold a bunch of meaningless, abstract flag-raising ceremonies. We used to think they had a lot of fighting spirit, but we later discovered that they were being suppressed by Chaos and other existing deities. Every time they finished fighting, they would either raise a red flag or a black flag, but their threats were getting stronger and stronger."
"The gods with divine status die off one generation after another, and each time they die, a new successor acquires the divine status and takes the place of the deceased; and the thoughts of these successors are just the same old wine in new bottles—they are all just tools in the divine status, and their actions are still as abstract as before."
His tone was full of disdain, as if he were talking about a bunch of self-important fools who didn't understand their own situation.
As he spoke, Amund's projection waved his hand, pointing to the star map in the void.
With his action, the seventeen outer planes, as if following some invisible force, began to arrange themselves neatly in front of the star map, and an invisible chess game gradually revealed its unique scale and complexity.
These planes, like ancient fragments torn from the darkest depths of the universe, inspire awe with their names and forms, yet cannot conceal the chaos and threat within them:
·Heroic Realm: Garden of Joseph
• The Eternal Chaos Sea (not the Chaos Sea inside Terra, but the Chaos Sea in the outer plane of the Ether)
· Howling Abyss's Roaring Void Tunnel -15% {This is the occupation of the courtyard}
·The Bottomless Abyss of Infinite Dimensions
Kaserly, Exiled to the Abyss
Hades in the Grey Wilderness
Eternal Desolation: The Scorching Hell
Bathory Hell, one of the nine levels of hell
· Hell Battlefield: Shura Field
·The Mechanical Realm of Clockwork Rebirth
A peaceful paradise
·Seven Hills Paradise Mountain
Twin Paradise
Blessed Land of Bliss
·Endless Wilderness: Garden of Beasts
·The Untamed Wilderness of Olympia Woodland
·Outside the realm of harmony
—The above seventeen outer planes are the targets that the Courtyard needs to conquer in the Ivy War.
Before the star map, seventeen outer planes lay like the skeletons of colossal beasts across the void, silently watching the future invaders.
Each plane is a world unto itself, with a distinct style, yet they are all subtly connected by an ancient and broken trajectory.
Amund stood beside Xia Xiu, his shadow flickering slightly, yet his gaze was piercing.
He glanced at the seventeen realms laid out on the star map, then turned to Xia Xiu, his tone slow yet forceful, like a proclamation of some unfinished great undertaking:
"This is your destiny as constancy—the world you need to conquer."
He paused, his voice low:
"I've studied their plate structure and dimensional orientation...you know that?"
They encompassed exactly what the Kingdom of Heaven originally occupied in the Etheric Ocean, which we then called the Etheric Subspace—the Solar War Zone.
“The Solar War Zone was once the gateway to the expansion of the cosmos.” Armand’s voice was lower, as if recalling or imparting knowledge. “It was the cradle where humanity once tried to take control of the stars, and now—it has become the ‘entrance’ to interstellar colonization.”
He paused for a moment, looked at Xia Xiu, and his gaze was piercing:
"As long as you can completely occupy the Solar War Zone and stabilize the seventeen planes, humanity's pace of leaving Terra in the future will be accelerated."
"Human civilization is no longer lacking in technology."
He said slowly, "The human civilization on Terra completed all the prerequisites for interstellar travel a hundred years ago—STC templates, long-distance propulsion, ether manipulation technology, and a mature mass production line for superstructure ships."
"What we lack has never been technology."
He suddenly raised his hand and pointed to the enormous star map, which depicted seventeen outer realms slowly drifting in the Ether Ocean along predetermined orbits, like a star altar suspended in a vacuum.
"What we lack is time and space; what we lack is a vast container to truly house human civilization; what we lack is the colonial time to spread lineages, carry faith, and cultivate deities—and a grand plan capable of carrying all of this."
His eyes gleamed with a flame, a flame of ambition that has never been extinguished since ancient times.
"As long as you can handle the problems of the gods, the stars, and the four monarchs, and quell those ancient wills among the stars that claim to be eternal..."
Armand became more and more excited as he spoke:
"As long as you can unify Terra with the Kingdom of Heaven, and wipe out all the fragmented regimes, folk lineages, traitors, out-of-control sequences...
"Then—human civilization will truly enter the golden age of interstellar colonization."
Regarding the Demon King's vision of a golden age for humanity, Xia Xiu said that the dream was wonderful, but the reality was harsh.
The current Ivy League war and the news of the Fifth Church brought by Amund are enough to keep the King of Salaried Slaves busy.
He gazed at the star map, pointing to the seventeen outer planes, and said:
"A week has passed, and you should have a pretty good idea of where the Fifth Church is by now."
"Tell me, in which outer plane is the Fifth Church currently hiding?"
