12.February Summary and Thank You List

Good morning, my darlings.

I had a powerless dream last night. When I woke up, that feeling of powerlessness carried over into reality. I drew back the curtains and saw it was a cloudy day. The powerlessness continued. Then I looked at my paycheck…

168.98. Of this, subscriptions accounted for 117.78, tips for 11.66, group revenue for 38.96, third-party revenue for 0.36, and free revenue for 0.22.

Although it has fallen below the passing mark of 200 again, I seem to have gotten used to it.

And so the feeling of helplessness continued...

Ah~~
Have you ever had those moments when you inexplicably feel listless and don't know what to do?

Perhaps when the sun rises and sunlight shines into the room, people can recharge themselves.

Last month, Lin Fan and his companions were forced by Qian Suiban to accompany them to Annie Demon Star.

Contrary to Bonnie's wishes, they were placed in an abandoned airfield far from Silvermoon City. The group had no choice but to venture into the Loess Plateau, a region inhabited by purebloods, to find their way back to Silvermoon City.

The sights and sounds of the Loess Plateau shattered the illusion created by Anniemo on the Star Network, inevitably causing everyone to feel a pang of sympathy.

Bonnie inadvertently reveals her identity and is relentlessly pursued by the orc-hating people of the Yellow Earth. After a chase, Bonnie contacts Gar in the Graystone settlement. The group then travels by car from the Yellow Earth into Graystone.

In the exceptionally luxurious castle, they met Adrian, a nobleman from Crystal City who controlled the gray stone black market and called himself the King of the Underground.

Adrian wanted to use Lin Fan and the other two to pave the way for his own plans, but he didn't expect that Antonio, even with his spiritual power suppressed, could still transform into a mecha and was thus suppressed.

Just as the restriction ring was about to be broken, Chisui intervened. Adrian quickly adjusted his plan, attempting to control Lin Fan and his companions through Chisui, hoping to use them for his own purposes. Little did he know, Lin Fan and the others had already discovered the flaw in his identity…

Last month was mainly about laying the groundwork for the background and hidden aspects of the Annie Demon... well, not exactly hidden, but rather an obvious contradiction.

Although there were scenes of escaping and mecha battles, it felt like there was too much buildup, didn't it?
I only realized this a few days ago while I was writing. How did I end up going deeper into the story again? Wasn't I planning to write a lighthearted, enjoyable story? How did I end up adding more complex elements as I wrote?
Indeed, a rock is hard to move.
I had clearly decided not to go too deep into the story and just focus on the protagonist's enjoyment, but as I wrote, I ended up going back to that path...

I'm such a stinky rock.

Did any of you notice? What I wanted to express subtly, things that I couldn't say outright?

Okay, maybe with my abilities, I didn't show anything. It was all for nothing.

In short, I need to tighten my belt this month and constantly remind myself not to go astray. I need to be decisive and straightforward!
This month, following Adrian's identity, the main characters uncovered the secret of the Annie Demons' trade in pure humans. Because of their dazzling abilities, they became targets of covetousness, inevitably leading to chaos in Crystal City.

What role will the Thousand-Year-Old play? And what's the story behind the legendary, long-absent Burning Beast?
I expect to finish the plot of Annie the Demon Star before the end of the year.

Hopefully, yes, don't go into details, be concise, remember that!!

Previously, some viewers pointed out the lack of female characters. I paid special attention this time; apart from Anton, all the characters are female.

Even the villains were initially cast as female characters. Then they thought, "That won't work," and switched to male villains, hahaha...

The character Lan Bingru first appeared on Tiandu Star. She was a timid and cowardly woman. Here, I tried to show her growth and change.

Including Bonnie, the human trafficker... well, although she chose the wrong path, I still wanted to show her ambition. She's a selfish, ruthless person who'll stop at nothing to do with herself. I wonder if everyone can accept such a character.

I seem to have a habit of portraying every character; as long as they have a name and a surname, it's as if a concrete image already appears in my mind.

I wanted to show all of this to everyone, which is why I went to such lengths to describe and set up the scenes.

Ah~~ I'm such a chatterbox o(╥﹏╥)o
It will be alright, it will be alright, things will definitely change!
Nothing particularly special happens in my life. Aside from writing, studying, and getting a mole removed at the beginning of the month.

One of them was a benign tumor, and the outcome was good, but the process was more complicated than I had expected.

I originally thought, cutting off a piece of skin is just like making a slightly larger cut, right? Everyone has cuts before, right? And they even need stitches to fix it, what's the big deal?

I even checked beforehand, and it said it would heal in a month at most, and the stitches could be removed in half a month. So I went to get it done at the beginning of the month.

I was actually nervous and excited on the day of the procedure, it was another new experience in my life. At that time, I didn't really feel anything, my foot hurt more than the wound. After the procedure, I even went to see a doctor about my foot. I really thought it wasn't a big deal, until the pain really got bad that night.

Sure enough, any surgery is surgery, it's not just about breaking a piece of skin.

As mentioned below, I went to check on him the next day and was told everything was normal. Then I changed the dressing every three days. Until the stitches were removed, everyone said the wound was doing well. I thought that would continue as planned.

On the fourth day after the stitches were removed, the wound on my shoulder blade reopened. I don't know how it happened; I was very careful and didn't move my arm at all, but it just stretched open, and because it had been four days, it became a round hole...

Originally, the plan was to stitch the two sides of the skin together to heal properly, but now it's a hole, and we have to let the flesh grow back little by little on its own.

I won't go into details, but I started going to the hospital every three days again, getting some silver ion medication to reduce inflammation and promote tissue healing. It wasn't until last week that they said I didn't need to go anymore. The bandages can only be removed tonight; I don't know if it's healed yet.

The other incision, which hadn't split open, wasn't doing too well either. Ten days after the stitches were removed, it started to swell and redden. So I started buying scar treatments again. There are tons of fakes online, and I can't tell the difference, so I had to buy the expensive ones from the official store. Over 300 yuan for 15g. It's not that I don't feel the pinch, but thinking about it, if I live a long life, every time I touch it I'll regret it: "I tried to save a few hundred yuan...it wasn't worth it, was it?"

Do your best in the present moment, and even if the result is not satisfactory, at least you won't regret it later.

Even if the cut on your shoulder blade closes up overnight, you should still use a scar dressing and continue applying it for another two weeks.

Speaking of compression dressings, here's a quick reminder for you all. If you have a larger wound, especially a surgical wound, it's best to apply a compression dressing after the stitches are removed and remove it only after the wound has healed and the scab has fallen off.

Especially for areas that involve movement. Otherwise, it will end up like mine, with the stitches splitting after removal, causing unnecessary trouble and wasting a lot of time.

This time it took nine stitches, not the six I initially thought. I gained a new experience and learned something new.

I hope everything goes smoothly from now on. I don't expect to be completely scarless, I just don't want it to swell and become red and swollen, like a giant centipede...

Okay, that's another long rambling. Wouldn't it be better to use that energy on writing? A chapter would be almost finished.

Let's move on to the thank-you segment.

Thank you all for your daily support, (`) Sending love.

I can't help but mention Nini Bao. Ever since she appeared, she's become my backstage atmosphere-maker.

I was just flipping through the list of recommendations. Usually, I finish it in four or five pages, but this time I flipped through it again and again, and it was still in the 20s. I flipped through it again and again, and it was still in the teens.

Hahaha~ Nini single-handedly created the feeling of a massive army. I couldn't help but think, if I really had that many accounts recommending me, I definitely would have posted it, right?
See! I'm not actually as indifferent to money as I say, am I?
However, if there really are that many people, I can't possibly type out a list to thank everyone by hand, can I?

Therefore, we should cherish the present moment.

I didn't mean anything by it, Nini, please don't overthink it if you see this. I just thought it was kind of funny and wanted to share it with you all.

Actually, seeing Nini's votes coming my way every day makes me feel at ease. But occasionally, when I see her cast several votes at once, I subconsciously wonder: Is something wrong with this girl? Is she in a bad mood?

Haha~ Aren't you good at expanding on this? Then the next day, seeing vote after vote again, I suddenly felt relieved: This is more like it...

In short, thank you all for your support. It has brought me so much warmth during this cold, painful, and particularly difficult winter month.

I have no way to repay you except to strive to improve and refine my writing style and content.

I look forward to interacting with everyone more!

Love you, (づ ̄ 3 ̄)づ
