"Birth, growth, transformation, harvest, and storage" are the five stages of Dharma practice, which have perplexed and stumped countless practitioners who are struggling in the lower six realms. It takes hundreds of years of arduous practice and enlightenment to gradually reach them.

Despite the limitations of an unstable inner universe, it has fully mastered the application of the "life" stage. The next four stages are just waiting for the right time to unfold.

In reality, the five stages of birth, growth, transformation, harvest, and storage are mainly different in the order of change. The difficulty of cultivation is not much different, and it is not necessary to fully understand them in order to advance. Usually, once you have achieved a minor success in the "birth" stage, you are qualified to use the "growth" stage.

There are many precedents of those who have reached the initial stage of "Tibetan" but failed to cultivate "Life" to perfection.

Taking the manifested form of Mahavairocana as an example, the formless is hidden within the intense form, while the vast form is always nurtured within the fundamental meaning of the formless. There is nothingness within existence, and somethingness arises from nothingness. It refuses to release in one direction but flows in two directions, forming a perfect closed loop, which contains the true meaning of the realm of "life".

Specifically, projecting and maintaining the Dharma image that has reached the profound mystery of "life" requires no energy consumption at all. In fact, apart from having a slight thought, there is no mental strain whatsoever.

In fact, it has essentially become part of the laws of heaven and earth and the many laws of primordial energy. When a rock is placed on the ground, a planet emits a gravitational field, and electrons revolve around the atomic nucleus like clouds, why do they need to deliberately maintain or consume anything?
They simply follow established rules, adhering to a certain level of logic and inertia, and thus exist naturally.

This is quite distinct from certain Dharma forms in the cultivation system of this world, which can be activated by one's natal object with only the sixth level of cultivation, as well as other similar field skills also called "Dharma forms," ​​and they should not be confused.

However, although Zhao Qing's current Dharma form seems to have integrated into the "normal" activities of the outside world, much like a miniature star with a physical body, it can certainly be destroyed by a sufficiently powerful external attack, and the core of the Great Sun will also be extinguished and disappear.

In particular, the sword intent of Tuoba Wuchou, which is wrapped with the energy field constructed by the laws of primordial energy when he makes a move.

When different laws collide, they erode, interfere with, and make the other's structure impure, resulting in "dilution," which leads to a decrease in effectiveness or even complete annihilation.

In order to stop or reverse this process, theoretically, Zhao Qing would have to use extra energy and spirit to repair the Dharma image; otherwise, if the primordial energy law that constructs the Great Sun is damaged, the sun hanging high in her inner universe will also be damaged simultaneously.

However, while the Dharma form at the "birth" stage possesses seemingly "endless" energy reserves, its output power is not ideal, being much weaker than the physical body of a cultivator in the lower six Qi realm. For example, the light and heat radiated by the great sun that Zhao Qing has summoned are only at the level of a mid-grade A level cultivator in the seventh realm.

However, its total internal energy is actually comparable to hundreds of millions of tons of TNT. However, it is still not the "strongest." The chaotic void that covers the sky and the earth represents the origin of the universe.

Even if there is a large quantity, it will be in vain if it cannot be fully utilized. Therefore, for the Dharma form of the "birth" stage, countless complex methods of attraction, extraction and utilization have been developed, treating it as a very special second Qi Sea.

When it reaches the "growth" stage, the scale of the Dharma form can be adjusted and enlarged, giving rise to various changes. It is no longer completely consistent with the size of the corresponding things in the inner universe. It releases earth-shattering destructive power on its own and dominates the battle process.

Clearly, while the Peerless Wind and Rain Sword's earth-shattering strike, which draws upon the evil energy of stars and reshapes the essence of wind and rain, possesses immense power—enough to instantly injure or even kill an ordinary peak seventh realm cultivator—it is absolutely impossible for it to instantly kill a law-based creation with the foundation of an eighth realm cultivator and the ability to instantly "regenerate health"!

"Once the Dharma Aspect reaches the fifth stage and enters the 'Hidden' realm, one can attempt to cultivate the Dharma Body and Dao Body, thoroughly refining the many external manifestations and primordial energy laws into one's own body, merging the inner and outer into one, without distinction, with every inch of flesh and blood being like a world, orderly and perfect... This is 'the universe in one's hand, all transformations in one's heart'..."

"In fact, there are countless paths to condense the Dharma Body and the Dao Body. The main world is vast, and many people with extraordinary talents emerge, naturally giving rise to countless schools of thought. Not everyone chooses to use the myriad phenomena of the entire inner universe as the foundation for the fusion of Dharma bodies; many people also find other ways."

"For example, there are cultivators who specialize in the Way of the True Fire of the Sun. They transform the inner universe and forge ten great sun stars, which do not exist on the earth but only as ten suns in the sky, thus creating the 'Ten Suns Body'. It is said that the Ten Suns Clan in the Xia and Shang Dynasties were skilled in this way."

"Someone extracted the starlight of the Three Enclosures and Twenty-Eight Mansions and refined it into the Great Dragon of the Spine. Each vertebra contains the divine power of a star field. When the spine shakes, it is as if the Milky Way is overturned. It is called the 'Mixed Star Dao Body' and is also a superior method."

"All these are different manifestations of the Great Dao."

"As for how to gradually adjust the inner universe from the standard model to this kind of alien phenomenon, it is necessary to comprehend the relevant exclusive techniques and cultivate some ancient and profound Taoist methods called 'Heavenly Dao Book' or 'Heavenly Chapter'—because the amount of information is too great, it must be taught one-on-one between cultivators at the Six Qi Realm."

"The Heavenly Soldier Refining Form and Qi Guiding Method that I have on hand does contain relevant content, describing several 'Heavenly Chapters', such as 'Mysterious Abyss Azure Netherworld Heavenly Decree Record', 'Bright Court Sky Crossing True Refinement Forbidden Chapter', and 'Purple Extreme Xuan Light Tempering Sword Chapter', but it only includes the general outline."
