Chapter 35 Adding rules in March!

As the title says, the new book hits the list.

The editor of the new book issue requires daily updates to be kept at 4000. Qingshi is asking for a wave of follow-up reading (the Yangshu also pulls to the end of the latest chapter.) At least one update per week, and one chapter is added for every 200 monthly tickets!
The new book enters the first three plus one more chapter.
