Ying Zheng was also extremely shocked by this, but when he thought about the relationship between the Imperial Way and the Human Way, he realized that the Imperial Way was the Great Way that appeared because of the experiment of the Dao Ancestor Hongjun.

His return to humanity, though unexpected, is also understandable.

At this moment, Ying Zheng didn't know how to persuade Liu Bang, and had no choice but to turn around and leave.

Liu Bang, however, continued to drink and sing, inviting others to drink under the moon, continuing his age-old habit of drowning his sorrows in alcohol.

At this moment, Ying Zheng's gaze fell upon a certain world of countless sands.

This world, known as the Thousand Sands, has only existed for a few hundred million years, and is as insignificant as a grain of sand among all the myriad worlds.

However, there are extremely majestic beings who cultivate and comprehend the Dao within this world.

Ying Zheng looked at the figure who had attained enlightenment, a look of satisfaction on his face: "Fortunately, I still have my second disciple, Jiang Tian. Otherwise, I wouldn't know where to put my face. The disciples I've taught are all more and more decadent than the last; it wouldn't sound good to say that!"

At this moment, Ying Zheng carefully observed Jiang Tian's current state. The Great Dao he had comprehended was basically complete, and he was only one step away from sublimation.

This step is an insurmountable barrier, having blocked countless Primordial Dao Masters.

If the opportunity arises, this step can be taken at any time.

However, achieving this is extremely difficult. Otherwise, why would only a few dozen Dao Masters have emerged from the thousands of Primordial Dao Lords in the endless Chaos Sea of the myriad realms?

Jiang Tian, sitting at the stall, only realized Ying Zheng's arrival the moment his gaze fell upon him.

Jiang Tian immediately stood up and respectfully bowed, saying, "Master, what brings you here!"

Ying Zheng replied irritably, "Why did I come? It's not to see you unfilial disciples!"

Seeing Ying Zheng's furious expression, Jiang Tian understood that he had been holding back his anger towards his eldest and third junior brothers.

Leaving aside the eldest brother, just considering the third brother's attitude, if it were him, he wouldn't have been able to escape that shadow and confusion even in a short span of billions of years.

Originally, he was about to attain enlightenment and become the most magnificent being in the world, but unexpectedly, he failed in one fell swoop, and the foundation of his great path was stripped away by others.

If it weren't for Master's protection, I'd probably be in danger of losing my life, so it's understandable that I would have become so dejected.

Jiang Tian had tried to persuade Ying Zheng in Xianyang over the years, but all his efforts had failed to change Ying Zheng's mind.

At this moment, Ying Zheng, sipping the tea brewed by his disciple, said thoughtfully, "Your Dao is only one step away from sublimation. Judging from your appearance, it seems you are deliberately suppressing it. What, do you not want to achieve Dao?"

Upon hearing this, Jiang Tian paused slightly while pouring tea, but quickly regained his composure: "As expected, I couldn't hide it from you, Master!"

The results of his probe greatly surprised Ying Zheng.

Jiang Tian had indeed hidden it very well, but he sensed something was amiss, so he tentatively asked, and unexpectedly, Jiang Tian guessed correctly.

"Candied hawthorn berries, fragrant and sweet candied hawthorn berries—"

"Delicious soup dumplings!"

"..."

Ying Zheng walked through this ancient city that had only existed for a thousand years. Although the crowds could not see him, they subconsciously avoided the path he was walking in.

In this vast world, there are no extraordinary factors; the power of Heaven suppresses the surge of spiritual energy in the darkness.

At that moment, Ying Zheng's figure stopped in front of a fortune-telling stall.

He was just a little puzzled: since he had already touched that boundary, why not pursue the sublimation of the Great Dao? What was he afraid of?
"Since you're all prepared, why aren't you taking action? You should know that the later you ascend, the greater the danger. What are you afraid of?" Ying Zheng put down his teacup and asked solemnly.

Upon hearing this, Jiang Tian raised his head and exchanged a glance with Ying Zheng, then solemnly said, "I'm afraid that the tragedy that befell my third junior brother will be repeated on me."

In a daze, Ying Zheng seemed to see the scene of his enlightenment.

The figure of Dao Ancestor Hongjun had long since become Jiang Tian's shadow. If it weren't for his steadfast Dao heart, he would probably already be plagued by inner demons.

After all, what those who have attained enlightenment fear most is having their foundation in the Great Dao stripped away. It is perfectly normal for Jiang Tian to have such concerns.

If it weren't for the current special circumstances, the man-made disasters among those who have attained enlightenment would probably be even more severe.

Right now, Jiang Tian only needs to worry about whether Dao Ancestor Hongjun and others will attack him, without having to deal with schemes from other Dao-attaining beings. Moreover, as far as he knows—

Yang Mei, Dao Ancestor Hongjun, and Demon Ancestor Luo Hou each have their own plans to carry out, and now that the time has come, they will not easily make a move.

The Great Dao that Jiang Tian comprehended had nothing to do with them, so why would they rashly make a move for a mere Great Dao?
"You're overthinking it. Those guys have all gone into hiding now. Your Great Dao has nothing to do with them. Why would they take such a big risk to plunder the foundation of your Great Dao? Just relax and focus on achieving your Dao." Ying Zheng said irritably.

Upon hearing this, Jiang Tian was also taken aback: "So that's how it is... No wonder I haven't heard any news about the battle of those who have attained Dao recently. So that's what happened. In that case, I don't need to hide it anymore!"

Having said this, Jiang Tian let out a long sigh of relief, the gloom in his heart vanishing. Full of vigor, he declared loudly, "Today I will attain enlightenment!"

That vast Daoist sound echoed throughout the heavens and myriad realms. In the endless chaotic sea, every living being that had awakened its intelligence heard this murmur resounding in its ears.

Although they did not know what this meant, those Great Luo Heavenly Venerables and Primordial Dao Lords were filled with envy upon hearing this.

"Another great being is about to attain enlightenment... but I don't know who it is."

"I just hope that something like what happened to the Daoist Master Beiming last time won't happen again, otherwise everyone will be living in fear."

"..."

Just as many Great Luo Heavenly Venerables and Primordial Dao Masters were discussing the matter.

At this moment, many enlightened beings also awoke from their meditative state. They wanted to see who had attained enlightenment, and also hoped to win over this newly enlightened being.

They need sufficient power to fight against Dao Ancestor Hongjun and others, so they will not only not hinder the Primordial Dao Master from attaining enlightenment, but will even lend him a helping hand.

They sensed this unfamiliar path. The power of this path transcended heaven and earth, mountains and rivers, and the world.

It is named "Jiangtian Avenue" because Jiangtian named the avenue after himself.

Having sensed the power and foundation of this Great Dao, the minds of many who had attained enlightenment focused on the scene before them. At the same time, words of congratulations echoed in Ying Zheng's ears.

"Congratulations, Fellow Daoist Ying Zheng, on teaching such a disciple. First Ying Zheng, then Jiang Tian, your skill in training disciples is truly enviable!"

"Indeed, Jiang Tian will surely succeed this time."

"..."

In response to the congratulatory remarks, Ying Zheng humbly replied, "I am but a lowly disciple; please forgive my humble behavior."

Upon hearing this, the demon master Kunpeng fawned and flattered, "If even young friend Jiang Tian is considered a bad disciple, then wouldn't all my disciples be wicked disciples?"

Ying Zheng's smile widened even further. The flattery from the Demon Master Kunpeng certainly pleased him.

Shangqing Lingbao Tianzun laughed heartily, "The thing I'm most proud of in my life is taking you as my disciple. Now even my grand-disciple has produced an enlightened being. Our lineage has had three generations of enlightened beings, which is truly glorious. This shows that my master and I have excellent judgment!" Shangqing Lingbao Tianzun's words made Yuqing Yuanshi Tianzun roll his eyes.

But on such a joyous day, he couldn't say much.

Subsequently, they sensed Jiang Tian's Great Dao beginning to sublimate, silently watching over the area while protecting Jiang Tian, unwilling to let the events of Ying Zheng and the Lord of the Northern Underworld repeat themselves.

At this moment, Amitabha Buddha gazed at Ying Zheng with a heavy heart. His already troubled face showed a hint of hesitation.

He seemed undecided. His gaze fell upon the dreamlike golden lotus in his hand.

Under Amitabha Buddha's tireless nurturing, this dreamlike golden lotus has become a primordial treasure of chaos.

Moreover, it has grown to the peak of the 24th grade. But breaking through the Great Dao barrier and becoming a Chaos Treasure is not so simple.

During this period, the Buddhist community tightened its belt to support this twenty-four-petaled dreamlike golden lotus, even reducing its stipends by half.

The entire Buddhist sect was filled with wails of despair. However, being able to offer up this supreme treasure of the Dream Path, the Golden Lotus of Dreams, did not come without its benefits—

Only when their immediate superiors are strong enough can subordinates reap more benefits and be protected.

Ying Zheng noticed the change in Amitabha's expression, but he ignored it.

If Amitabha Buddha has truly made up his mind, he will come to discuss it with him in detail.

Since the other party has not yet made a choice, Ying Zheng will not press the matter.

Ying Zheng sensed that Jiang Tian's Great Dao sublimation was nearing its end.

Throughout the entire process, the figures of Demon Ancestor Rahu and others never appeared.

Even the methods of scheming to restrain them were not revealed.

That's not quite right. Those guys used any means necessary to collect the power of the Great Dao.

To this day, Ying Zheng and his followers have not been able to reclaim the lost authority over the Great Dao. Could it be that the Great Dao they have collected is already sufficient? But how could that be?

After all, the more Great Daos needed to nurture a Dao Fruit, the better. Every additional Great Dao brings more hope.

Although Ying Zheng and the others harbored doubts, as Jiang Tian's Great Dao was completely sublimated and ranked alongside the Great Daos of many other Dao achievers—

Subsequently, throughout the myriad realms, all beings chanted Jiang Tian's Daoist name, praising his achievements and great power.

Sensing the worship of all living beings, Jiang Tian's lips curled into a radiant smile. His long-cherished wish had finally been fulfilled.

The smile on his face never stopped from beginning to end.

Meanwhile, Ying Zheng, inside Xianyang City, put down his wine cup and congratulated him, saying, "Senior brother, your luck is better than mine. Ying Zheng congratulates you on your attainment of enlightenment."

Li Yiheng, inside the Hongmeng Dao Palace, was also happy for Jiang Tian: "Congratulations, Second Junior Brother, on achieving your wish... But where is my Dao?"

"..."

At this moment, Jiang Tian, full of vigor, approached Ying Zheng: "Many thanks to Master for protecting me. Today, I have achieved enlightenment, all thanks to Master's guidance and instruction!"

Ying Zheng patted Jiang Tian on the shoulder with satisfaction: "Alright, this isn't the place to talk. I'm in a good mood today, so all of you fellow Daoists, come back to the Dao Palace with me. We won't leave until we're drunk!"

Subsequently, many accomplished cultivators gathered in the Dao Palace. Fine wines and various innate spiritual fruits filled the tables.

At the same time, with many enlightened beings gathered, discussions on the Dao were naturally indispensable.

The profound and subtle sounds of the Dao, generated from the discussion, resonated throughout the primordial world, never ceasing and never ending.

Countless beings have been inspired by this Taoist philosophy and embarked on the path of spiritual practice.

The banquet did not end until 30,000 years later. This celebration was also a philosophical gathering.

Through the teachings and summaries of many enlightened beings, everyone has gained something to some extent.

The one who reaped the greatest reward was none other than Jiang Tian, who had only recently attained enlightenment. After the banquet—

He immediately entered a state of seclusion to stabilize his cultivation level and digest the insights he had just gained from the Dao discussion.

At this moment, Amitabha Buddha had also made up his mind. He walked up to Ying Zheng and said, "Fellow Daoist Ying Zheng, I have an important matter to ask for your assistance."

The moment Ying Zheng looked at Amitabha Buddha, their figures instantly shifted, pulled by the power of the Dream Path, and entered the dream world.

Ying Zheng offered no resistance, allowing them to do as they pleased. He gazed upon the world before him—

Golden light from Buddha illuminates and solidifies this illusory dream. The dream realm resides within the dreams of all beings.

Once all beings awaken, the dream will dissipate. But now, with the light of Amitabha Buddha fixing this dream realm—

This ensures that dreams do not shatter even when separated from living beings. As dreams accumulate, they eventually transform into the Dream Realm. With the increase in dreams, the power of the Dream Realm will continue to grow, and it is not impossible that it will eventually become a real world.

At this moment, Ying Zheng gazed intently at the pillar of the Dream Realm—the twenty-four-petaled Dream Golden Lotus.

Above the lotus platform, a banner of guidance, radiating dazzling Buddhist light, appears, conveying a sense of compassion and peace.

As the core pillars of the dream world, they guide the dreams of all beings.

At the same time, Ying Zheng could see that countless living beings were undergoing trials here with the help of the power of dreams.

This dream realm is essentially an alternative version of the Primordial Illusionary Realm. However, it has its own unique strengths compared to the Primordial Illusionary Realm.

Ying Zheng was also considering whether to draw upon the advantages of this dream realm to improve the Primordial Illusionary Realm.

But to achieve this, we still need the help of Amitabha Buddha.

At this moment, Ying Zheng gazed at the twenty-four-petaled dreamlike golden lotus, and in a daze, he could see golden patterns emerging from it, traversing this vast dream realm. Wherever the dream reached, these golden veins existed.

Upon seeing these golden veins, Ying Zheng felt as if he were spreading throughout the entire dream world, transforming into a mysterious array.

The power of this great formation is somewhat similar to the Abyss Grand Sacrifice held by the Lord of the Abyss.

Therefore, Ying Zheng looked at Amitabha Buddha with a dazed expression. He also knew why Amitabha Buddha had invited him into the dream world at this moment.

Amitabha Buddha made no attempt to hide his gaze from Ying Zheng's: "The reason I invited you here today is just as you have seen—I wish to ask you to help the Dreamy Golden Lotus break through the Great Dao barrier. Back then, I only watched the Abyss Grand Sacrifice from the sidelines and only grasped half of its essence. The rest, even after my deductions, still seems ambiguous."

Upon hearing this, Ying Zheng sighed, "Fellow Daoist, being an outsider, it's already remarkable that you were able to grasp half of the essence of that Abyss Grand Sacrifice. However, your deductions did contain some errors, and some parts do need adjustment. But... have you really thought it through? Are you willing to sacrifice the entire Dream Realm in exchange for the Dream Golden Lotus breaking through the Great Dao barrier?"

Upon hearing this, Amitabha Buddha looked towards this dream realm, a hint of reluctance appearing in his eyes. This boundless dream realm, existing between reality and illusion, covered the endless chaotic sea and all the myriad realms. (End of Chapter)
