Liang Jian: I have a canteen

People have very few forms of entertainment in this era.

Even with simple playing cards, the three of them played until dawn.

When the first rays of sunlight streamed into the cabin through the small window, the group realized that it was dawn.

"Why are you looking at me?" Lisa put away the money and rolled her eyes at Hans. "You were the one who suggested coming here. Now that no one has come, you should be the one to make the follow-up plans."

"Let's go eat first." Hans stood up and stretched his slightly sore shoulders.

"Wait a minute~" Lisa didn't follow.

"Is there anything else?" Hans asked.

"You guys go ahead, I'm sleepy, I want to go to sleep," Lisa replied. "I won't eat breakfast."

"Right here?" Elisa asked.

“Okay!” Lisa nodded gently. “I didn’t go back to our cabin at noon, so you came to call me.”

As Lisa spoke, she tilted her head, picked up her pillow, and lay down. After playing cards all night, now that her head was on the pillow, sleepiness immediately washed over her. Lisa let out a big yawn and slowly closed her eyes.

"Let's go!" Hans didn't stop them, and pulled Elisa out of the cabin.

After having some bread and coffee for breakfast, Hans brought Elisa to the deck.

The weather was nice today, and he planned to enjoy the view from the deck and feel the sea breeze.

Holding onto the railing, he combed his hair with the comb he carried with him, enjoying the cool morning air.

"Hehehe~" Elisa chuckled beside her, then stopped laughing because she noticed that Hans's expression was becoming serious.

“Wind direction,” Hans muttered softly, “No, heading!”

"What's wrong?!" Elisa asked, looking at the boundless sea around her, somewhat bewildered.

Hans was a seaman, and even a navigator.

The navigator is the most critical person on board in terms of navigation. His/her duty is to use all possible means to determine the ship's position and guide the ship to its destination.

Therefore, even without measuring tools, he could determine the direction of the ship's voyage by the sun and time.

"Our course was east-northeast, which was roughly my course last night, but it should be southeast now."

"Perhaps it's to avoid dangerous waters like reefs?" Elisa asked tentatively.

Hans shook his head. "No, the angle is too wide, such a large angle."
