Drinking is a joyful thing. Although dry red wine is not on Xu San's menu, it at least sounds like a good wine.

Unfortunately, there were no peanuts.

Time flies under the influence of alcohol; an hour passed in the blink of an eye.

Xu San put down his wine glass, got up, and went back into the toilet.

Hans glanced at it, said nothing, and continued drinking with his head down.

He didn't ask questions he shouldn't ask. Although he was curious, he was able to control his curiosity. He knew that Xu San would naturally tell him when the time came.

About five minutes later, Xu San came out of the toilet.

It's very clean. The body-dissolving water that Li Si gave him this time seems to work better than the last one. At least there are far fewer traces left behind than with the previous batch.

After coming out of the toilet, Xu San washed his hands, but he didn't dry them with a towel; he just shook them casually.

His seemingly unintentional and casual movements terrified Sisford.

He hadn't finished his work yet; he was just a little short of finishing up, because he needed to get some water from the toilet to light the fire.

Xu San was in the toilet, and he didn't dare to go in.

He went to the toilet while working and saw the decomposing corpses.

It was disgusting, but his strong mental fortitude allowed him to hold back and pretend he didn't see it.

Even so, those shocking images still left him with considerable psychological trauma.

As Xu San just said, if he doesn't finish his work, he'll suffer the same fate as these people.

At that moment, he trembled involuntarily, and seeing Xu San's gesture of shaking his hand, he subconsciously thought that Xu San was about to kill him.

Xu San saw Sisford standing still and walked over. Upon seeing this, Sisford immediately took a step back, intending to rush out the door, but he soon discovered that Hans was smiling and blocking the only exit with a gun in his hand.

"Well done!" Xu San patted Sisford on the shoulder and pushed him onto the bed.

"Is that all?" Sisford asked, somewhat disbelieving his ears.

"It's alright!" Xu San reached out and rubbed his hands on his body to dry them.

"It's almost finished!" Sisford hesitated for a moment before finally saying what was going on.

"Alright!" Xu San stepped back, pulled up a chair, and sat down opposite him. "This is fine. I'm not a germaphobe, I don't care that much. As long as it looks presentable on the surface, it's fine!"

"Thank you!" Sisford said softly, then let out a heavy sigh of relief.

Xu San turned his head and looked out the small window at the sky, then turned back to look at his watch. "It's already afternoon, the sun will be setting soon."

After saying that, Xu San scratched his head and looked at Hans, "At sea, you shouldn't say 'falling mountain'."

“Sunset!” Hans blurted out. “That’s the word we usually use when the sun sets.”

"It's missing a bit of atmosphere!" Xu San clicked his tongue, then turned to look at Sisford. "We've been delayed for almost two hours. That captain probably won't send anyone else to check, will he?"

Sisford pondered for a moment, "No, it shouldn't happen before evening."

"That's good!" Xu San muttered. "There's one question I need you to answer truthfully."

"Okay!" Sisford nodded quickly. "I will answer all your questions to the best of my ability!"

“Very good!” Xu San nodded slightly in agreement. “On this ship, does Captain David have the final say, or does First Mate Raul?” (End of Chapter)
