Longevity: Beginning from the Great Zhou Dynasty

Chapter 60
Cultivation of Dao: Essence nourishment, Qi extraction, Orifice entry, Gangsha, Yuye, Jindan, Xuanguang, Yinshen.

Martial arts: skin and flesh, tendons and bones, internal strength, marrow washing, blood exchange, holding pills, divine will, and Dharma appearance.

Yuanshen (Human Immortal): It needs to overcome the three disasters of thunder, fire and wind, and all three disasters must be overcome to become the real Yangshen.

Reconcile the five qi in the chest, have a wonderful body and spirit, and realize the Dao, so as to survive the four or nine heavenly calamities (passing through once, not four times or nine times).

Only after the three disasters and the forty-nine calamities have passed through can one become the True Lord of Chunyang.

Pure Yang (Five Decays of Heaven and Man): Entering Pure Yang for the first time is definitely different from those who have overcome the five decays.

Daozu.

　The setting is a combination of Xiangou, Mieyun, Yishi, and some shadows of Shushan and traditional myths, which are perfectly stitched together.
