Chapter 276
"What the hell are these people trying to do?"

Emmett wiped the blood from his face and held the gun tightly in his hand.

"No matter what they want to do, we won't let them do it." Ethan patted him on the shoulder, and walked to the equipment room with Hood.

Siobhan beckoned the remaining civilians to the basement, but Alison and Jackson insisted on staying up there.

There is no one around now, Ethan asked in a low voice:

"You want to kill Proctor?"

"Yes."

Hood nodded: "I'm leaving, leave something before I leave."

"Too impulsive."

Ethan shook his head: "You should be glad you weren't killed."

"My identity is still useful." Hood spat a mouthful of blood to the side:
"Just a little."

When he walked inside, Ethan saw a figure flickering, and quickly raised his pistol:
"who is it?"

"It's me, Officer Morgan."

Bunker tied the wound with his shirt and held a stick in his hand: "I want to find some weapons that I can take advantage of."

Hood stopped and looked at him carefully:

"You're the one who came to submit your resume last time, right, from the Dade County Police Department?"

"Yes, Sheriff, Kurt Bunker."

Bunker straightened up, his eyes determined.

"Okay, you're hired."

Not many people dared to stand up at this time, Hood recruited him without the slightest hesitation, and strode inside.

Ethan took the wooden stick in Bunker's hand and threw it aside:
"What's the use of holding this broken stick, follow me."

"Okay, officer."

A smile appeared on Bunker's face, and he quickly followed Ethan's pace.

In the equipment room, Hood opened the gun safe.

Because it is a small police station, there are not many firearms inside.

Ethan and Hood took out all the long and short guns inside and put them on the table next to them.

Bunker was not idle either, he opened his arms and took out all the ammunition.

Two Remington M870s, two Glock 17s, three AR15s, that's all the equipment in the gun cabinet, except for a soft body armor, which Hood wears unceremoniously.

Ethan and the others wore body armor when they were on duty, so they no longer needed it.

However, he still walked to the side, and took out all the bulletproof inserts from the small box on the ground.

After installing the front and rear boards, he patted his body with a bang bang.

The soft body armor is better than nothing for the firepower of the AK and military M4, and the addition of the plug board is much safer, and Hood also plugged it in for himself without hesitation.

Bunker was very self-conscious. After he put the things away, he didn't use them privately.

"Can you use a gun?"

Ethan picks up a Remington shotgun and looks at Bunker.

"of course."

Bunker nodded, took the shotgun, and loaded it.

The three of them swiftly loaded all the guns on the table with ammunition and loaded them.

Now every second counts, and there is a sound of clicking and reloading.

Not long after, they appeared in the hall in full armor, and there was another sound of bullets hitting the rolling shutter. Cheton and the others were still testing the condition of the rolling shutter.

"Waterfa?"

Emmett saw the gun on Bunker's back and looked at Hood unhappily.

"This is Kurt Bunker."

With a firm tone, Hood pointed to Bunker: "Our new police officer, I just approved his application."

Seeing that Emmet wanted to say something, Ethan quickly pulled him aside and handed him the shotgun in his hand: "We need someone now."

"Needs anyone who can help, and he is."

"You also know that there is no problem with his resume. Maybe he has already made changes. You need to give him a chance, and give us a chance."

After being silent for a while, Emmett took the shotgun and the ammunition in Ethan's hands:

"I'll keep an eye on him."

"no problem."

Ethan put his arms around his shoulders: "If Bunker is still the same person as before, I will help you get rid of him as soon as possible."

"Just like I killed the two people who harassed Meg, okay?"

"I believe you."

Emile smiled and patted Ethan on the back heavily.

Seeing that Emmet had no objection, Brock didn't say anything, and took the AR15 from Hood.

At this time, Jackson came over.

He said excitedly to Hood: "What about Mr. Proctor now?"

Everyone around looked over, and Hood could only lift his spirits:
"I don't understand you."

"In this situation, letting him stay in the detention cell violates his civil liberties." Jackson spread his hands:

"Let him out immediately."

"I don't agree with your point of view." Hood shrugged and curled his lips.

Jackson gritted his teeth: "Sheriff, will you let him go?"

"Don't let it go."

"Row."

Jackson turned around angrily, and looked at Alison Medin angrily: "Now the law enforcement officers intend to put my client's life at risk."

"You're the District Attorney, do what you're supposed to do."

Now that this is the case, Alison is not willing to let Proctor out to be in the same room with him, and she also shook her head firmly:
"This is a war zone and due process does not apply."

There were dozens of gunmen outside, and Ethan didn't want to listen to his nonsense anymore, so he strode forward:
"You are a civilian, hurry to the basement."

Jackson pouted and said, "I'm not going anywhere without Mr. Proctor."

Unexpectedly, this lawyer was so loyal to Proctor.

He took out a Glock and patted it on Jackson: "It's fine to stay, it will make yourself useful."

Jackson rubbed his nose, eyes wandering:
"I can't use a gun."

"What a waste."

Alison picked up the pistol and said with contempt: "I won't either, but it doesn't prevent me from using it to protect myself."

She looked at Ethan, and lit up the Glock in her hand:

"Teach me what to use?"

Ethan was covered in white sweat in fright, and quickly squatted down. After avoiding the gun, he grabbed Alison's hand.

Alison looked at the few people who were dodging in embarrassment, and pursed her lips.

There is no good way now. After Ethan grabbed her hand, he said seriously: "The first rule, if you don't want to kill that person, don't point the gun at him."

"I suggest you point your gun to the sky, it's safer, okay?"

Pointing to the ground, Ethan was afraid that when she was nervous, his feet would pop. Although it is more dangerous to hand the gun to a newcomer, there is no other way now.

"I see."

Alison quickly grabbed the pistol with both hands and cocked it.

Ethan pulled out his Glock and signaled: "Under normal circumstances, the index finger should be placed outside the retainer."

"When you see the enemy, pull the trigger again."

"Don't worry about anything. You can shoot five or six times when you see someone. If you are worried, it doesn't matter to empty the magazine."

After confirming that she understood, Ethan stepped aside.

"Thank you."

Bunker thanked him in a low voice. It had been a long time since anyone stood up for him like Ethan.

"Don't disappoint me, okay?" Ethan stared into his eyes.

"I see."

Bunker gripped the shotgun tightly in his hand.
