The loud slap echoed on the highway, and then the vengeful ghost was engulfed by the flames on the woman's body and vanished completely.

Chen Anshui watched with trepidation: "Luckily, I didn't act rashly just now, otherwise I would have gotten myself into big trouble."

"This female ghost's strength is almost comparable to that of the Black and White Impermanence. Such a powerful character, yet the Underworld doesn't even try to recruit her; it's truly a waste of talent," Han San sighed.

Zhang Hao raised his hand, signaling for everyone to be quiet. Just then, the woman in the red dress abruptly turned her head and looked towards their hiding place, her murderous gaze sending chills down their spines. Clearly, if they were discovered, she would not let them off easily.

Fortunately, she didn't notice anything amiss and turned around to gently comfort her sister: "Don't be afraid, the bad guys have been driven away, and no one will bully you anymore."

Nietzsche still found it incredible, scrutinizing her sister closely: "Sister Anna, how did you become so amazing?"

The red-clad ghost named Anna smiled and helped her sister up, the two walking side by side down the dimly lit road. Watching their departing figures, Zhang Hao and the others felt as if they were watching a ghost movie.

“I encountered some strange people and events when I was in a car accident, and that’s how I learned these skills. They say I have a talent for cultivation. I’ve been keeping this a secret from my family, so please don’t tell your parents.”

Nietzsche nodded obediently, but thinking of her sister's heroic demeanor just now, she couldn't help but feel a little restless. "Sister, since we are sisters, maybe I have talent too? Could you teach me cultivation as well?"

From a young age, she felt she was different and dreamed of becoming a respected hero. Although reality dealt her a heavy blow, the opportunity to rebuild her extraordinary life was now before her; how could she let it slip away so easily?

Anna shook her head in denial: "Such talent is one in a million. I've already tested you, and you don't have the aptitude for cultivation. Focus on your studies and stop thinking about these things."

Nietzsche pouted in displeasure. Back home, their parents expressed concern about the sisters' late return. Their mother asked Anna, "Why are you so late? Did something happen?"

Anna, dressed in a red dress, looked very well-behaved at the moment: "It's nothing, I just walked a little slowly on the way." Nietzsche also chimed in.

Seeing that both sisters said so, their parents were relieved and told them to eat something and get some rest.

Late at night, Nietzsche tossed and turned in bed, unable to sleep. Why, having witnessed such miraculous abilities firsthand, did she lack the talent to cultivate them herself? Could it be an excuse her sister was making up because she didn't want to teach her? Given her sister's personality, it wasn't impossible that she would do that.

She secretly resolved to observe carefully and not be easily fooled. What a pity it would be if she couldn't learn such a remarkable skill!

With this in mind, Nietzsche behaved no differently than usual when she woke up the next day, as if she had truly kept her sister's admonition in mind.

Seeing her sister so well, Anna finally felt a little relieved.

After having breakfast, she gently wiped her mouth, picked up her handbag, and stood up: "I'm going to work now, goodbye."

No sooner had Anna left than Nietzsche quickly grabbed her schoolbag, pretending to be rushing to school: "Mom and Dad, I have class today, I'm leaving too!"

As soon as she finished speaking, she rushed out of the house.

Upon reaching the door, they saw Anna get into a taxi. Nietzsche quickly flagged down another car, slipped the driver some bills, and whispered, "Follow that car! Keep your distance, and don't get spotted."

The driver gave her a surprised look, but considering the generous reward, he did as she asked.

"You've come to the right person! I used to be in the special forces, and my driving skills are top-notch! Especially tracking techniques, that's my specialty!" the driver couldn't help but boast.

Nietzsche was completely uninterested in any of this; all she could think about was catching up with her sister, so she replied absentmindedly, "Yes, yes, you're the best at it. This is a perfect opportunity for you to show off your skills, so please don't mess it up."

The driver repeatedly assured him that he would not be detected. And he certainly did. Throughout the journey, he skillfully utilized blind spots, maintaining a safe distance at all times, without alerting the car in front.

Anna's taxi eventually stopped at the entrance of a cemetery in the suburbs.

After paying the fare, she walked slowly into the depths of the cemetery alone.

The driver, who witnessed this scene from afar, shuddered and turned to Nietzsche, saying, "This cemetery is often haunted; most people don't want to come here. I advise you not to go in, lest you encounter something unclean!"

Nietzsche felt a chill run down her spine as she recalled the ghosts she had encountered before, but she still gritted her teeth.

"I know what I'm doing, you don't need to worry about it. Here's the fare, please leave immediately."

After getting off the bus, Nietzsche quietly followed her sister into the cemetery.

Anna walked straight into the woods deep in the cemetery and stopped in front of a dilapidated tombstone.

Nietzsche, hiding in the distance, was horrified, but her intense curiosity compelled her to continue spying on her sister's every move.

Anna seemed to be whispering something to the tombstone. Just as she turned to leave, a figure formed from black mist suddenly appeared behind her!
The figure shrouded in black smoke stretched out its arms and wrapped them around Anna.

He chuckled as if trying to hold the other person tightly, saying, "Why are you in such a hurry to leave? Wouldn't it be better to stay and keep me company? I look forward to your visit every day!"

Anna turned and glared at him, her face as cold as if she were facing an enemy, but she forced herself to remain calm.

“Olek, what else do you want? What do you want from me to let me go?” Anna asked coldly.

The male ghost, known as Olek, chuckled softly.

"Break up? If you really break up, the evil spirits in the neighborhood will immediately target you. At that point, you won't be able to be a human anymore, and you won't even be able to be a ghost. Are you sure you want to break up?"

Anna's eyes widened in shock: "Shouldn't you have helped me with these problems after the breakup? You're not even willing to help with this little thing, and you still have the nerve to say you truly love me?"

She spoke with such conviction that Olek wasn't surprised, since his girlfriend had always been like that.

"Why should I help you after we break up? Do I look like someone who's easy to fool? Or did I spoil you too much when you were alive, making you think I'd continue to treat you well after I'm gone?"

As Olek spoke, his cold fingers gently traced her neck.

With her fingertip resting on the major artery, the sharp nail could easily pierce her skin, sever the blood vessel, and end her life with the slightest pressure.

“That’s not what I meant. I just think it’s incredibly irresponsible. After all, we were once in love, and it’s only gentlemanly conduct for him to help me with my last bit of trouble after the breakup.” Anna took a deep breath, trying to persuade him.

But this reason is clearly unconvincing.

On the contrary, these words enraged Oleksandr. (End of Chapter)
