It’s been a long time since I saw my leave request. After careful consideration, I still think I should take a day off today.

Yesterday was actually the most uncomfortable. I had a fever at night, but it was not serious. The electronic thermometer measured [-] degrees [-], while using the traditional thermometer, it was [-] degrees [-]. I don’t know why there is such a big difference.

But the fever went away last night.

I woke up this morning feeling dizzy and in pain all over my body. It was like nerve pain.

My head hurts not too badly, but I just can't concentrate. I really can't write in this state...

I can only take one day off.
