I have cervical spondylosis and the pain is so bad that I dare not lower my head at all.

I wrote 2,000 words but still felt confused, so I asked for a day off.

It is obvious to everyone that after the work of the World Championships, the whole person's state becomes slack. He takes a day off and then sprints at the end of the month.
