Chapter 1719 Majin Buu: Are you guys never going to stop?
Time and space seemed to freeze at this moment.

Goku and Future Trunks, two warriors from different eras but bound by fate, touched their fingers together in an almost comical and awkward way.

The movements were as awkward as a child trying a complex game for the first time; the moment their fingertips touched, they could even feel each other trembling slightly from nervousness.

However, a miracle was born from this clumsiness—there was no bizarre, misaligned form as expected, no explosive bursts of uncontrolled energy, only the dazzling brilliance that erupted at the moment of perfect harmony.

Two auras, one a golden flame honed by Sun Wukong through countless battles, full of wildness and vitality, and the other a heavy yet resolute blue light emanating from Trunks, carrying a tragic future. As if they had found their missing half, they merged and intertwined without any rejection.

The two beams of light, as if they were living beings, quickly enveloped and devoured their bodies, eventually collapsing into an even more dazzling and enormous sphere of energy.

The sphere of light pulsated violently, like a heart nurturing new life; the powerful energy pulses even caused ripples in the stable space around it.

Luther hovered quietly to the side, his gaze calm and unwavering. This extraordinary fusion before him was already within his expectations.

He simply waited patiently, waiting for the being born within that light to officially arrive.

The light did not last long, quickly receding and solidifying inwards like the receding tide.

As the last ray of light was drawn into the core, a brand new figure stood proudly in place.

He was a tall and well-proportioned man with a face that combined the resolute features of Goku with the handsome lines of Trunks, and a unique temperament that blended Goku's purity with Trunks' melancholy.

His hair was pure black, not the gold of a Super Saiyan, but this only served to highlight the terrifying power within him, like a dormant volcano waiting to erupt.

The auras were no longer as distinct as before the fusion, but rather a unified whole, unfathomable. The sheer pressure of the energy emanating from them caused the ground beneath their feet to tremble slightly, and the air seemed to become thick and heavy.

"Your name is?"

Luther spoke, breaking the silence after the fusion, his voice as calm as ever, without the slightest hint of emotion.

The newly formed fusion warrior tilted his head slightly, seemingly adapting quickly to the two completely different yet perfectly integrated memories and emotions within his body and mind.

He raised his hands, clenched his fists, and felt the torrent of power flowing through his body, far exceeding his imagination. A hint of surprise flashed in his eyes, but it was quickly replaced by strong confidence.

“Mr. Luther…”

He spoke, his voice a peculiar reverberation, possessing both Goku's clear tone and Trunks' deep resonance.

"So, in that case, I'm neither Goku nor Trunks..."

He hesitated for a moment, seemingly inheriting the trait of being bad at naming things that belonged to Sun Wukong, but soon, Trunks' pragmatism led him to make a decision.

"Then let's call him 'Gokuks'."

"It really is Gokuks,"

Luther seemed to chuckle slightly, a hint of amusement in his voice.

"I thought a Tran space would suddenly appear."

"This name is awful." Trunks almost immediately complained, a look of disgust on his face that was very similar to Son Goku's, but with a crisp and decisive quality that also carried Trunks's shadow.

He quickly shifted his attention to the most pressing matter at hand: the two deepest concerns in his memory—saving Gohan and saving the teacher who sacrificed himself in the hopeless future—burned and resonated deep within his soul like the most intense flames, driving him to act immediately.

"Mr. Luther, could you please take me directly over there?"

Gokuks' expression instantly became extremely serious and solemn. The intense emotions of wanting to save his son and wanting to save his master (who was also his friend) were perfectly combined, making his request carry an undeniable sense of urgency.

The immense power brought about by integration filled him with confidence in resolving the crisis.

"no problem."

Without saying a word, Luther raised his hand, and a spatial portal swirling with strange energy waves silently unfolded in the air. The scene behind the portal was blurry, but one could sense the chaotic and evil aura emanating from it.

"Thank you."

Before Goku could finish speaking, his figure had already transformed into a blurry afterimage, and a surge of energy exploded in the air around him as he shot straight into the portal like an arrow.

His speed was extremely fast, surpassing the limits of either Goku or Trunks in the past. The benefits brought by the fusion were a qualitative leap in all aspects.

However, the passage of time is cruel and irreversible.

When he broke through the barriers of space and arrived at the ruined battlefield with an indomitable spirit, what he saw was the scene he least wanted to see and the one that made him most desperate.

It's all too late.

In the arena, Cellbuu's body had transformed into a huge, viscous, and malicious pink membrane, like a swamp that had successfully preyed on its prey, completely enveloping and swallowing the struggling Gohan.

Son Gohan's figure twisted and blurred within it, his arms straining to support him outwards, a roar of unwilling anger emanating from his throat, and his entire body erupting with astonishing golden flames in a final attempt to put up a fight.

The flames scorched the biological tissue surrounding him, making a hissing sound, and even stretched the flesh membrane slightly at one point. However, Cellbuu's regeneration and absorption abilities were too abnormal; any damage healed instantly, and the power he devoured grew stronger and stronger.

Gokuks' eyes widened in horror. He could clearly sense that Gohan's familiar and powerful aura was being rapidly eroded and assimilated by another, larger and more evil aura.

"Do not--!"

A roar filled with anger and anxiety erupted from Gokuks' throat. The fusion energy within him surged wildly at an unprecedented rate, and his body crackled with incandescent lightning. He was about to rush forward recklessly, trying to separate Gohan from the fusion before the final tragedy could occur.

But just as he moved, Cellbuu's devouring entered its final stage.

Son Gohan's struggling figure completely disappeared into the constantly writhing and contracting pink mass of flesh.

The final burst of golden energy he unleashed was like a torch submerged by a flood, its light completely extinguished.

Immediately afterwards, the huge tumor began to deform and reshape violently. The insect carapace features, tail, and spots that Cell originally had were rapidly melted away and faded away, as if they had been melted by high temperature.
