Leave of absence - two days

The author's mental state feels like it has reached the edge, and I will ask for two days off tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.

Since writing this book, I haven't had much rest. I took advantage of these two days to go out and have a look, adjust my mentality, and cultivate my spirit.
